1 /5 jamie li: The receptionist Maggie was very rude. I called on Monday for an appointment to see a doctor on Saturday. The receptionist told me to come at 9:00am. I drove an hour and arrived at 9:07am. The minute I stepped in the clinic, the receptionist Maggie told me they cannot take anymore patients and told me to leave. I waited for a whole week and drove an hour to get here because I was told I can come in at 9:00 and wait for the doctor. Now I was told to leave. This is ridiculous. I asked to speak to the manager and told that they don’t have a manager. I asked to speak to the doctor they sold me to call the phone line. I asked them I am physically in the clinic why do I have to call the phone line to speak to higher up or the doctor. She refused to do anything just told me to leave. Very unprofessional.. I saw this doctor many years and my sisters as well.. very disappointed.. I hope the manager sees this and train their staff to be more professional.

1 /5 Wendy Wong: Horrific. The wait is horrific. Appt was over an hour late. Plus, this whole place was really kind of ghetto. I needed an emergency appointment or I would have never came. Avoid at all cost.
