Kim Vu: This is the first time I visited this location. Kelvin was courteous efficient yet patience. Dr. Boss was thorough and took his time to make sure he explained and answered my concerns regarding my symptoms as a result from a fall. Dr. Boss also called and follow up with me about my X-ray and my prescription on the same day.
Thank you both for a pleasant medical visit. Know that I appreciate you both.
erin kennedy: Unfortunately, my mom and i have been sick for almost 2 months.. we both have been to the clinic 2 times..other than the wait time, the staff has been amazing! They are very short staffed because no one wants to work these days..When i first got sick, i had to leave and go to the other clinic, because the wait was too long and i was very sick and i just wanted some antibiotics.. the other clinic wasn’t horrible.. i did get my antibiotics and was able to get in and out within an hour.. about a week later i
went to the Alice Hyde clinic because i
was still having a hard time breathing and coughing like crazy.. a lot
less of a wait ! the doctor
on duty was Dr. Nancy..she was amazing.. she took care of all of my needs ..did a breathing treatment and before i left.. i could breath 100%! i was home on the couch and a couple hours later..the receptionist called me and said the Dr. wanted me to get an x-ray to make
sure nothing else was going on with my lungs.. verdict.. i still had bronchitis and because i have asthma it was taking more time to get rid of it. My mom had a great experience too..she had the same doctor .. she did some basic tests and immediately told my mom that she needed to get to the ER..she crossed the street and went to the hospital where they admitted her .. she had pneumonia and had fluid on her lungs. and stayed for a few days… if the clinic hasn’t sent her .. God only knows what would have happened if the Dr. at the clinic hadn’t urged her to go. We are very thankful! There are so many sick people in the community.. Try to
be patient with the Doctors, nurses and the rest of the staff .. they are doing a great job!!
Matthew Rogofsky: I wish I had the choice to not give a single star.I offered my medical paperwork on at my new patient establishment care appointment which was not taken into consideration.All of my conditions were not considered in my comprehensive care plan,the doctor simply picked one that was convenient.After about 6 months worth of visits and each time expressing my increasing pain and discomfort my visits lasted maybe 10 minutes each.I needed an orthopedic specialist but I was referred to a Pain Management Clinic that was one of the most horrible experiences next to this one.Just know none of them care about you,you are simply a cash generator,your doctor will never meet you in person,they will stay tucked away safe in their opulent homes laughing all the way to the Mercedes Dealership.None of them could hold a candle to Dr. Rutowski who would come to your house to treat you,he knew your name without looking at a file and he never considered his bottom line..only to care for you.Them days are gone.
CENTRAL 500: I have received excellent medical care here for about five years now. Nurse Amanda and Dr. Abby are my caregivers currently and they are incredible ! Also Lisa at reception is great at trying to find an appointment time that works for you. Always a positive experience here.
Nick Delaini: We usually go to the Saranac Lake branch, which we love, but had to swing in last minute on a Friday afternoon here. Fantastic place. All of the staff from the front end to the nurses to the doctor were incredibly helpful, kind, supportive, and professional. Very happy to recommend this branch over and over again.
