1 /5 Aaron Thomas: STOP RIPPING MY DAD OFF Big E on Court St is an elder abuser. My dad is forgetful and he keeps going there to get ripped off. They probably laugh when they see him coming. He paid for a bearing to be changed and they didnt even change it, so he came back and they told him "We accidentally changed the wrong bearing and well change the right one but that will be another five hundred dollars" so my dad paid them $1000 because he needed 1 bearing changed. Ill make a deal with you: refuse service to my dad next time and I will remove this review of your extremely dishonest scam operation. (White 2012 Impala.) Tell him to take it somewhere else and when he tells me about that happening I will remove this review as promised. Then you can get back to ripping off other elderly people. DONT LET ELDERLY LOVED ONES GO TO BIG E ON COURT ST!

1 /5 Michaella Warner: Do not take your vehicles here for a state inspection!!! Ive had several family members and co workers take their vehicles here for a state inspection and be "failed" for the same exact reason. I took my car here for an inspection this week and was told my breaks were so bad it was basically metal on metal, less than a millimeter left on the pads. They told my step dad the same exact thing a year and a half ago. We decided to take it to another shop for a second opinion. The second shop said there is absolutely nothing wrong with my breaks. My car only needed new tires, which I already knew about. My car is now fully inspected, no break issues. Ive had many people share the exact same story. They also didnt even follow the correct procedures for a failed inspection. They did not scrape off my expired sticker or give me a failed inspection report. I cant make a complaint with the DMV now because they never followed that process and dont have the proper proof needed. Im positive they didnt follow that procedure because they knew my breaks did not actually fail inspection.

1 /5 Donna Callan: I had a flat tire after work made it over to court street and asked them if I could get my tire fixed from the time I walked in the door til the time I left Rob was a complete Jerk. I was a customer there I will not be going back he was very unprofessional and told me that I wasn’t even being reasonable to ask him to fix my tire with an hour left in his day… He even gave the kid an attitude that came out and took my lug nuts off for me. Told me I could leave my car overnight I’m not sure how he thought I would get back home . Never even offered to help. He’s a terrible manager and now they just lost my business . It’s ok that I had an appointment for an oil change and tire swap a month ago and I sat there for 3 hours !!!!

1 /5 Donald Cottrell: I took my car into BigE on Court St. earlier this week. I let Tyler know that it was making a noise when I used the breaks and that it sounded like it was coming from the right rear of the car. He called me and said that the car needed shock a power steering line and breaks all the way around. I pushed back and said Id like to get a second opinion since I had it inspected last week and that I only wanted the rear breaks changed. He said that the front breaks were "shot" and "needed to be replaced and that he wasnt trying to sell me stuff I didnt need." He put me on hold for a moment and got a measurement off the front pads. He stated that the front pads were down to 3mm. I gave him to okay to change the breaks all the way around but said that I wanted to see the old pads. He left all of the old parts in the car for me so I could inspect them. Well I opened the box and took measurements myself. The smallest measurement that I came up with was 4.5mm. These breaks were not shot and did not have to be changed yet.
