2 /5 Melissa Koepke: I do want to say everyone I interacted with was very nice and the spa itself was a very relaxing environment. However, the gel manicure and mini pedicure I got were not great. My gel manicure started chipping and peeling the same day, and is supposed to last 2 weeks. Today, a day later, they all peeled off entirely. It wasnt done very neatly, and my nails were not trimmed down at all before polished, and she did not ask.
For the pedicure, a plastic tub was filled with warm water and inserted into the foot bath, which was odd. Because of that, no jets were used, and the water didnt stay heated. Overall, just disappointed with the services for the amount I spent.
