Diara Adames: Worst hospital ever. My mom gave birth 4 years ago and my sister in law 2 years ago and everything was great. Today I came in with my sister in law because she was about to give birth. Went to park the car and they didn’t let me go to her room after 1h!!. Mind you, she barely knows any english and only had me in the moment. Receptionist was really rude and doctors last forever. Room has no AC and the blankets that they give her had holes in it. Don’t come here unless it’s an emergency!! Update: My sister in law complains about how there’s not attention to her. Her water broke and they made her wait. And LOTS OF LACK OF EMPATHY.

Anam: I need a physical form for my kid’s school after calling we were told to go there with the FORM but when I went there round 4:30pm it was empty and 3 people in the reception talking to each other, so I waited in line they were talking rudely about me after sometime one of then called me over and said “how can I help” and guess what she was pretty rude and only needed name DOB and address I said I was told on the phone to bring the form I was trying to give her the form she was again in a very rude attitude told me not I don’t need that what a waste of my time. unnecessarily made me go there plus so rude. Montefiore use to be so good what happened ?

Lala Higgins: Won’t dentist ever, walk in are from 9am - 11am but they only accept 5 people. After that you have to make a appointment. That’s not a walk in center. They could clearly see my mouth swollen and I made sure to call and spoke to someone the day before. Who told me to get there at 9am I was on that line since 8:30 am. If I knew before hand they only see 5 people as walk in I would have went home . I was the 6th person in line. Black lady standing there is rude and disgusting. If I could give no stars I would. If there was a sign there that said they only accepting 5 people I would have left. Also no appointments until next year .

Mrs. E. M. Branch: I have the opportunity to take my mom to doctors appointment and even nursing facilities not the overall expense has been very frame and disappointing. Even at her short stay at Montefiore. The only initial good experience I had was in the emergency room and with medical records. Particularly Ms Lola Campbell of medical records who was exceptional, kind, respectful, and a decent human being. Everyone should have a similar attitude like hers and making people feel welcome.

Tashima: I am a 51 yr old woman with quite a few physical and mental health issues.i also have very bad anxiety and trust issues. This was my very first time going to an URGENT Care clinic. I give a 5 star rating across the board, Beginning with upon entering the office, there was patience, compassion, understanding, helpful with enrollment, & efficiency. MY time there couldnt have been an hour at best. 15 minutes upon intake, 15 minutes waiting to be seen &10 -15 minutes with the doctor. I will recommend to my friends and family to be seen here. I myself will come back if needed. Thank you NAO.

Vonnesha Ripley: Great staffing, always clean, fast service, shuttle bus drops off and picks up. But you have to make sure that your not sitting in a long line of traffic. The 24 bus runs through here as well too.

Emina Drazanin: Were rude to me when having me sign papers. Strongly pushed me to induce for my birth. However, NICU nurses were great. A few nurses from the LD unit were polite. Some not. Anyway, please make sure to learn everything about birth and stand strong in your decisions. Dont let no one push you into unnecessary interventions or a C-section.

Rosey B: The freaking worse. They say preventative care is the best care. You definitely will not receive this attending this clinic. I was given an appointment for a primary care physician 6 months in the future only to have it cancelled 2 days before the appointment with no phone call or explanation on why now they wanted to push the appointment back an additional 3 months. (9 months to get a physical they trying to kill patients. What ever problem you have will only get worse waiting 9 months for care. The doctors know this is wrong but dont care about their patients if they keep pushing the appointment back to later dates) Therefore was caused stress which is the number 1 cause of ailment instead of the care I so desperately needed and waited 6 months to get only to not be able to get the care I was seeking.
