Bobby and Alexis the two receptionist was very pleasant and helpful to any questions we needed answered. Transportation service communicated with me through text very well. I was being called for x-ray 15min from the time I walked inside. Ms Kate (Finance Depart.) Very professional and welcoming. I will definitely continue to travel for their services. Wing L: I was in need of a new dentist in the area and there were a lot of choices. But I decided to go with New Leaf because of the reviews and I am glad that I did. Ive been here for about two months now and everyone have been either very professional or very friendly if not both. It does get pretty busy but with an appointment, they usually see you within the hour of your set time frame from my experience. The waiting room isnt that big but the inside where they do all the dental work have multiple rooms and every one that Ive been in have been very clean and is pretty up to date with the latest dental technology. Dr. Nidel have been a wonderful dentist so far with a very good team working under him. Special shout out to Golda for being patient with me for working out my dental appointments and payment with my insurance.
