From Doctors Shah and Moses who are great, to the talented hygienists and other staff, the people at Downtown Dental make all the difference. In addition to cleanings, I’ve gotten Invisalign there. I can not recommend them highly enough. If you need a dentist in Brooklyn, you will be very happy you chose Downtown Dental!

5 /5 Sindy Ray: As a legacy patient of Downtown Dental Im truly grateful that the team has kept the same vibes of this space from its previous owners. From Emily, who is one of the Dental Hygienist there to Dr. Shah and Dr. Moses Im always felt taken care of like Im family. I was there for my biannual checkup a few weeks back and Emily was so thorough in my checkup and made sure she paid attention to my concerns unlike other places Ive been to who simply dismissed the issues Ive made them aware of. Emily even made sure to give me a heads up about the water temperature before the cleaning as I was the first patient of the day while providing a few laugh out load moments during my time there. Dr. Shah who is my main Dentist always makes sure Im good and constantly provides updates on my dental health. Unlike other places who try to "upsale" procedures and try to force you to do things (sometimes unnecessarily), Dr. Shah doesnt do that! However, he lets me know if something should be addressed right away versus monitoring which allows me the opportunity to make the best decisions based on my timelines and finances. Dr. Shah is someone who is warm, kind and understanding which makes going to the dentist less stressful. Even Dr. Moses who has treated me while Dr. Shah was unavailable has provided the same type of warmth and caring. The office is modern, clean and up to date with the latest. You will not be disappointed! From the staff at the front to my care team being a patient at Downtown Dental has been a great experience.

The location is excellent—easily accessible by subway—and the atmosphere is always warm and welcoming. The staff is incredibly helpful, and the dentists are clear and thorough when explaining treatments, ensuring you receive the best care for your oral health. Emily, who takes care of both me and my wife, is fantastic! She makes us feel right at home with her friendly and professional approach. Every time I go in for a cleaning, the time flies by, thanks to her great care and engaging conversations. If you’re looking for a top-notch dental experience, I highly recommend this place!

1 /5 Ula: I went to this dentist for 4 years even through the transition of ownership. I enjoyed it until they started over diagnosing cavities. Then, in the last 3 visits I was told I needed to remove a molar that is a little weird and had a root canal before. She said this was because gums were receding and I will "have to do it some day any way". I became suspicious. I asked if you could see the gums receding in the 4 years worth of images they had and she could not back it up. I went to two other dentists to assess if this was legitimate. Turns out, this is super ill advise. The tooth is fine and removing it can cause tons of downward effects. Be careful
