5 /5 Christopher Hardy: Because I am a grown up, I finally went to the dentist for the first time in eighteen years. Importantly, I was never made to feel shame or embarrassment bout this. Everyone in the office, from desk staff, to hygienists, to Dr. Haque was just happy that I had come back to a dentist.
As might be expected, I had some work that needed doing (though far less than Id feared). The vibe here is great. No procedure (fillings and a crown) were done with out talking the process and explicitly getting an OK from me to move ahead. I got the idea that No would have been acceptable answer (if undesirable from a health perspective).
They were also all very attentive during the visits. My comfort was always looked after? Was I feeling OK? Did I need more lidocaine? Did I need to relax my jaw.
Great vibes and great staff. Strongly recommend.
