I went in one day hoping to get a last minute, same day vehicle inspection, and they gladly made the time for me. Danielle even made time to complete a tire rotation for me and let me know that I had a nail in my tire that was in a difficult spot. They did not try to force or pressure a sale on me. Sam has amazing customer service skills. I overheard him on a phone call, informing a customer that a certain job could not be completed at their facility of which he apologized, but he also waived the fee and didnt charge the person at all. The whole team at Mr. Tire is top notch, respectful, fully knowledgeable in their craft, and take pride in what they do. 10/10 I would recommend Mr. Tire to anyone in the Watertown, NY area for any work of any kind on their vehicles.

Jordan Rivers: Denners garage is the place to go to for auto services. Years ago I tried to replace an O2 sensor for my 06 jeep wrangler on my own. Its was seized and nearly stripped it. Denners got it out no problem and put the new part I brought in no problem. Fast forward to today I brought in my 2016 GMC Yukon XL to get all the fluids and spark plugs changed. Told me it would be an all day job they got it done by 2pm. Team is awesome. Highly recommend.

christian s: Brought in my 2021 forester before my big move to get some maintenance done. I requested a front and rear differential drain and refill along with the transmission fluid. My spark plugs that I ordered came in right before the scheduled service and they had no problem adding it on. They were very straight forward on the phone and even checked with fucillio Subaru before scheduling me to ensure all fluids were in stock. HUGE GREEN FLAG. All Subaru OEM fluids were used. I dropped off the vehicle and had it back in no time. Communication was kept up every step of the way. I recommend and trust this team with any service needed.
