5 /5 Brodie Wiseley: This place dosnt make up stories about your car to get you to drop big money to fix it like every other place around watertown. Came in for a state inspection and Walt was very friendly, he got me in and out in under 10 minutes, and didnt try to sell me any services like Ive experienced multiple times at other service centers. I 100% recommend Frenchs.

4 /5 CMNDR Leon: Polite service. They have 2 locations about a mile apart from each other. Its a bit out of my way since I live within the Watertown city limits, but Id consider coming here again for service.

1 /5 Rachel Repp: I went in for an oil change, and then all day my car was spewing white smoke and spitting and sputtering, it went into limp mode and only went 9mph I got ahold of Walt who informed me he would ha e someone tow it back to his shop to look at it , never once told me I had to pay for it ...now hes trying to charge me for it and said things happen that it wasnt becaus the oil that the car was having problems ...so now my cars messed up when it wasnt doing anything before this.
