1 /5 Marilyn Frappolli: I have been trying since the second week in January to set up an appointment with Dr. Song. When I call the appointment line they refer me to another number where this person processes new patients. The line never rings; it only has a recording that states because of the high number of calls you need to leave a message. Ok, Ive been doing this about 3 times a week since January. I do get a call back the next day but, unfortunately, I havent been home to receive the call. As soon as I get the message I call back and the scenario goes on and on. I wonder if the doctors in this practice know how difficult it is to get in with them. If I EVER manage to get an appointment, Ill certainly tell them how ridiculous this has been. At the very least, they need another person to process these new calls. Maybe its time to look for someone else if this is any indication of how difficult it is to get an appointment.
