Julia Casselman: I had been struggling for almost a year with sharp, unrelenting pain branding down my arms that kept me awake at night and from driving and riding my bike—two things that required prolonged arm engagement. First thought to be rotator cuff, then scar tissue or debris that needed to be cleaned out, they treated unsuccessfully with cortisone. Finally, someone connected it to a pinched nerve in my neck vertebrae and sent me for physical therapy, a CT scan, and a pain specialist. Got into the last first, and he wanted me to start with pain meds. The havoc they would reek with my system and lifestyle made it not an option. I got into physical therapy before a CT scan could be scheduled, and when Jacob McBride had me move my neck in a particular way, the pain disappeared, as long as my neck was in that position. Therapy ensued to correct posture and correctly align neck vertebrae. I am in great shape. I made the two-day drive to our winter home with no pain, and I am riding my bike again. I do have to do my part: paying attention to posture and keep doing the exercises, but my quality of life is vastly improved. I highly recommend these kind, accommodating, knowledgeable professionals.

Leela Mahon: Worst doctors office Ive ever been to. I was having an acute issue and they knew this, and yet they still too a week to return my call so I could get an appointment. After I finally get my appointment, my doctor (Mandi Kupple) said shed call me on Friday or Saturday with my test results. I dont hear back, so on Monday morning I call. They say the results were received Friday but she hasnt looked at them. I end up having to call their various offices TEN TIMES until someone finally tells me my test results by the end of the day Monday. I dont think they were going to call me and tell me them within a timely manner at all.

kittensparklekinz 101: If I could give this NEGATIVE stars I absolutely WOULD. I was absolutely BELITTLED during a so-called psychiatric evaluation. I was manipulated, triggered, toyed with and more by the so-called evaluator. Not only did he belittle me, insinuate that I was lying and that I had nothing more than anxiety, but gave out completely outdated and false information to justify his ridiculous claims. He also VIOLATED BASIC HIPPA LAWS by speaking to people that knew me outside of the office, and factoring in their BIASED perspectives into MY healthcare. Despite hours and hours of concerningly symptomatic paperwork from myself, my family, and my schoolteachers; he dismissed every ounce of "proof" as coincidence or outright lies. For the entire TWO APPOINTMENTS (we had at least four additional scheduled; he wiped those away and told me to never return) he was willing to let me have, it felt like I was being put on the spot to prove myself worthy enough to even be CONSIDERED for the title of mentally ill. He narcissistically declared that had I actually been through everything I claimed to have experienced that I would be completely dysfunctional, nonverbal, and in constant panic (I do experience each of these, just not CONSTANTLY as this would be unrealistic). This "evaluation" (I do not believe it can be classified as such as he disregarded all of the paperwork upon speaking with me for a single minute, and only ever skimmed through it) cost me so much time, energy, and money. All to reinforce the idea that my struggles did not matter now, nor did they ever matter, or would they ever matter. Several years later, I am sitting here having just found out that this "psychiatrist" has a degree in PHILOSOPHY!!! Not even psychology, which would STILL be an underqualification. It has genuinely taken me multiple YEARS of TRAUMA COUNSELING to prove to myself that my issues matter, let alone be able to decipher them all. I barely graduated high school thanks to the sheer lack of help from this SORRY EXCUSE for a MENTAL HEALTH CLINIC. Thank you for making my entire life worse. Oh and thank you *so* much for insisting that small inconsistencies meant that I was telling a fable. Turns out I have dissociative and repression issues that cause the memory of my own difficulties to falter. Thank you for instilling a sense of fear in me so deep that I thought all hope was gone. Thank you for giving my parents a reason to belittle me for my shortcomings, and abuse me for being different. Thank you for introducing a level of despair so great into my mind, body, and soul, that I was *inspired* to attempt suicide. Thank you for absolutely nothing but hell.

Al Bennett: I cant say enough good things about this place. The staff is amazing and treat you like a family member. I went in for knee replacement therapy and after I was all healed was having some back pain so I went back for that. Both times Doctor Tara Darling was incredible. Her mix of enthusiasm, compassion and knowledge was just what I needed. I consider her more than my therapist she became my friend and I respect her greatly for all that she has done for me. If you need a place to go for therapy, this is the place!

Ewa Wdzieczak-Smering: I had a tremendous pleasure of meeting Dr. Heil in the summer of 2021. The original injury, Colles fracture of my predominant hand, ruptured the extensor tendon, which left me without being able to use my right thumb. Since thumbs are responsible for about 50% of hands mobility, my palm was as useful as a paddle. Meeting Dr. Heil was wonderful. She explained what happened, whats going to take place during the surgery, and how long the recovery might take. I loved her no-nonsense approach. I felt very confident in her skills. The recovery took a while; I was doing physical therapy for over four months, frequently meeting with Dr. Heil so that she could check on my progress. Fast forward three years and I am still extremely pleased with the outcome of my surgery. Being able to hold a spoon, use a pen, even use a sponge in the shower - the things we take for granted - is beyond words. I highly recommend Dr. Heil. Shes incredible.
