1 /5 Javier Bachiller: When I called to get my park break looked at the receptionist was very rude.She hung up on me the first time . So I called back thinking we had a misunderstanding. When we talked the second time she was going to schedule me an appointment but when I tried to explain what was going on she cut me off and told me it would take two hrs to do my breaks , I told her I did not need breaks I just needed my park break looked at because the light was flashing on my dash bored , she told me that I needed to take my car back to who I’ve been taking it too , I told her I did but they referred me to you because they don’t have the technology , she then told me they are not accepting new clients and hung up… very rude! No customer service skills at all.
