1 /5 Jihad Davis: First of all I want to say having a good business is communication in which Chrisler Automotive has very poor communication. I purchased a vehicle from Carvana and the engine light with a P0411 code came on about a month later, the warranty sent me to Chrisler automotive Group, I took my vehicle to them in November they kept my vehicle for about 3-4 days I came to pickup my vehicle and started it up and the engine light came back on instantly, I went back inside to let him know so they hooked it back up to the diagnostic and now it was showing 40 codes!!! Are you kidding me!!! Anyway he asked me to leave it and I said I’ll be back. I brought it back on the17th of December and didn’t get it back until the 30th of December 2024 and on January 4th 2025 the engine light came back on same code P0411, the warranty people told me to take it back to Chrisler Automotive, Heck no!!! I refuse to take it back there!!!! Top it off the owner wouldn’t even give me a receipt or print out of the work his shop supposed to had did. Talking about he will email it to me. That didn’t happen. I never experience anything like this at no business dealt with!!! That place is sheisty! I had another mechanic look at my vehicle and tell me what he thinks and what work had Chrisler done!!! He said what work???? From the work Chrisler Automotive said they had to do it wasn’t done!!! My engine light is still on to this day!!! “Beware of this place” Terrible!!! Oh yeah and my TMP light is still on as well! They never fixed that, talking about oh I put some air in the tires and the light went out!!!! Are you kidding me!!!! I’m done!!!
