5 /5 Jordyn Bolster: Recently had to have a TON of work done to my car, everyone there was super friendly and helpful during what was a stressful time for someone who knows nothing about cars. Was quick and willing to work with me, as a young girl they spoke on the phone with some family members who live out of state and know more about cars. Very happy with my experience here!

I have been trying to get my inspection done and kept getting screwed around after making appointments with other companies I was desperate to find someone who would genuinely help me and I pass CJ’s Automotive every day on my way to and from work and figured what the heck I have to at least stop and try… They were beyond amazing and so incredibly friendly!! Definitely made a customer for life today!!! So I want to say thank you so much to Jerry and Molly for helping this girl who just happened to stumble into your business with a hope and prayer and you guys definitely went above and beyond and thank you doesn’t seem like enough!!!!

5 /5 Peter Witt: AMAZING!!! CJs Auto is awesome! Courtney at the front desk is super friendly and knowledgable. Theyre fair and honest: I brought in a quote from another shop that seemed suspicious and they immediately pointed out what was unnecessary and gave me fair prices for everything else. Most of all, theyre excellent mechanics: My breaks had been worked on before at another shop and always seemed low and spongy, I asked them if the break performance could be improved because the car was starting to feel unsafe. When I got it back the breaks were 100% improved, they finally felt right! Thank you CJs, I wont be taking my car anywhere else.

1 /5 Right Bro: Took my car there in late fall 2024. $3,800. I was ok with the amount. Got the car back.... no heat. The mechanic didnt hook a hose up. When we picked it up, the girl said, "we wont charge for that." Gee, thanks. Drove the car about 200 miles. Massive knock in the front. I didnt dare bring it back. CJs mechanic replaced the wheel bearings, both sides. He never pressed the bearing into the wheel. And didnt tighten the steering members. Another $350, but it runs great now. CJ is nice & pleasant. His mechanic is dangerous. I never leave reviews, but everyone should be aware.

5 /5 Cory Adams: Our car broke down on our way to Albany to Plattsburgh. They were recommended to us. They got our car fixed and back to us within a few hours. The receptionist and mechanics were really nice.
