    Kathy DeVincenzi: We had an axle fail on our 32’ travel trailer, on our way from NY to Vt at exit 20 on Route 87. Called our roadside assistance (Coach Net) who found Tyler @ RANGO RECOVERY! Tyler reached out to us to confirm we were safe and he would reach us in about 20-30 minutes! 22 minutes later he is pulling in behind us! When I tell you, he is the most pilot & knowledgeable young man - I’m not lying!!!!! He moved with speed, knowledge & experience! On the side of the road he diagnosed, advised us of the problem (our Dexter axle actually rolled & slide back on the spring), and repaired it within 2 hours!!! If we had to go to an RV Shop it would have taken them 2 months to just diagnose our problem!
