2 /5 Leiah Renford: This is my preferred place to get tires for my car, so when I took my car in to get my tire repaired under warranty, I did NOT expect the delay I encountered! I dropped my tire off on Friday morning, with the understanding that with the holiday, I would be able to have my tire repaired by Tuesday. When I called them Tuesday afternoon for an update, I was informed they’re still waiting on the replacement tire to arrive.
The *next day*, I receive word from my father, who they somehow manage to call instead of myself, that my tire was ready. Now, I understand how the holiday may have temporarily slowed down business, but if it was simply the holdup of retrieving the tire from the local warehouse, I could have gladly went and picked the tire up and delivered it myself. In this particular experience, while I am very appreciative of the kindness shown by the workers, the delay of service for a replacement tire just seemed insane to me!
