1 /5 htiek65: Customer service was excellent, Kevin was very friendly...but the overall work was horrendous. The damage was fixed but the entire vehicle was ruined. The damage was isolated to 10% of the car but there are scratches, swirls, compound and overspray over the entire car...Places that were near perfect and should have never even been touched. I even refused to take the vehicle the first time they told me it was all set. Originally, I was told the repair would take about a week as long as they could get all the parts...They had my car for 5 weeks. Whoever is buffing cars should be fired immediately. I have detailed cars for many years and the result from collision masters is unacceptable. I would have been better off buying a bumper used and just putting that on. IF you decide to take your vehicle there, walk someone around and point out all the areas that are NOT ruined!
