1 /5 Nora Dodge: Would give this godforsaken place 0 stars if I could. One doctor tried to push a medication on me 4 times throughout my visit after I sternly told her no. Then proceeded to google my symptoms while I was sitting in the room with her. A week later, I called the office to get 2 scripts refilled, which didnt get approved for 3 days with 0 updates. Went to the pharmacy, they said only 1 was called in. I called the office, again, and explained my problem, to which they responded "idk, try again". Two more days go by, I get a call from the office saying the second script is ready, I go to pick it up, and they sent it to the wrong location, a pharmacy I havent had anything sent to in 5 years. They say their office is open until 5, but they stop answering phones at 4, when the average person gets out of work and actually has the time to call. Freaking ridiculous.

5 /5 Alema Hidic: I’m a new patient and Rosa is a great doctor, I highly recommend her, she listened to all my concerns. Security guard, Clarence helped ease my nerves since I’m scared of getting blood work. Medical assistant and front desk people were nice, phlebotomist lady is very good at what she does, thank you all for your patience.

3 /5 Lynn Michele “Shelli”: I love my Dr and many of the drs inbetween but please please please I have complained about that receptionist the young one the newer one “M” first initial and her treatment of patients is pathetically sorry and in no way shape or form meant for her being in a profession a position she not only clearly can’t CAN NOT do but for a decade been treated amazing here! and really my whole life never being talked to by what’s supposed to be someone kind empathetic and compassionate at my most vulnerable times and even good times who treats me every time like I’m a piece of garbage . I let little get to me I am soooo easy going and empathetic I can feel the energy off of responses tone of voice and understand . Miss m I’m filling a formal complaint as this is the last time I have been nothing but kind to you and interrupted before I can answer you and why are you even asking me that? And then acting like I’m slow and in the wrong and schedule errors don’t happen everywhere all the time.. my or your fault that’s not ok what she does is not ok how she treats me is not ok and you need a new job being in communication in person on phone any way shape or form is NOT MEANT FOR YOU. You have not even one positive trait I can say . I’m sorry I never post negativity I never post on my life or have never rated after asked but I just hung up with you left totally disgusted by your actions shame shame f-ing shame on you

1 /5 Faith Ruckdeschel: I recently got out of the hospital and saw Dr Charles a few days ago, I asked him for the supplies I need to change my leg wound bandages and I gave him the list, he typed it out and told me to send him a pic of the things I need. I thought I was getting a script, but the nurse came in and said 1 was sent to my pharmacy(they were out of stock)but he was waiting for the pic of the item I also needed so he can send it together. I hurried and sent it but Ive spent the last 3 days calling for SOMEONE to fill out the script so I can pick it up from somewhere, and they keep trying to get my supplies from Rite Aid instead of a medical supply store. One person sent a script to the hospital I was at but they cant do it, and she canceled my order at the pharmacy so, now I cant even get that! I called again, the man said nobody worked on a new script(someone lied and told me they were working on it earlier) and my Dr said he ordered my stuff.....WHERE IS IT, because they wont even tell me that??? The last person I talked to said they should know what can be filled at a MSS or at a pharmacy? I was given just enough supplies until I saw my Dr, and all Ive gotten is incompetent care! Edit: Its July 9th and I came here on the 2nd, they STILL have yet to fax over my wound care script to the medical supply company I gave them. Someone told my daughter that I had a script to pick up at this location yesterday, but I go inside and there was nothing except for 2 secretaries and my doctor looking me in my face and telling me that he would take care of it. Im always respectful but they were looking at me as if I was wrong for trying desperately to get the supplies I REALLY need to continue on with my care? My bandages are supposed to be changed twice a day, but Ive had to cut down to every 2-3 days just to stretch the very few things I had left! Ive looked on MyChart under Medications, and my doctor did Ok them.....but he has yet to fax the script to the place I told them to send it to, and that 4 secretaries have verified where the script should go to? If my wounds(that are starting to turn a greenish hue)get infected, they will be dealing with an attorney and not myself! PLEASE DONT COME HERE, BECAUSE THE PATIENTS ARE NOT LYING ABOUT THE "CARE" THEYVE RECEIVED HERE??? July 17, 2024 Update: I still havent heard anything back from Dr Charles about my wound care supplies script, but its all good in the Hood, because I went to my Wound Care doctor (Tom Chilelli)on the 9th and not only is he an awesome doctor/person, his staff are lovely, and they made sure that I went home with enough supplies to last me, until I received my huge box of the supplies I need for my WC. It only took a week(if u subtract non business days) and that is because of my insurance wanting a signature before paying for the ordered items. Byram, is a wonderful place because as soon as they get their payment my things were sent to my address overnight, and they got here this morning. Its mind boggling to me, how a doctor(thats not even my primary doctor) I only saw once so far, made sure that I was taken care of completely, but my own primary doctor still has yet to respond to me? Also, I just got a survey in the mail about my last recent appt and Ive also written a letter to the gentleman(Richard "Chip" Davis, PhD, EdM)who is the Chief Executive Officer for RRH, and explained about the 1.9 star review, so if he hasnt seen all the other patients complaints hopefully he will take a peek soon? IMO, if ur any kind of Healthcare provider u truly have no business working in that field, if ur patients comfort and all-round care is 2nd to u only caring about a paycheck? Ijs

1 /5 Katelyn Machnica: Completely unacceptable. My pharmacy sent a request to refill a prescription on 1/14. It is now 1/25 and its still not filled. This is a generic, non-controlled substance that I have taken daily for years. I have been calling every day since 1/21. Half the time they dont make a record of me calling, today they couldnt find me in the system so they put me on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up, and Ive gotten the answer, "Gee, not sure why thats not filled yet, Ill send another note" at least 5 times without a single callback. Asked to speak to an office manager and got forwarded to a voicemail and of course, no callback. Im out of a medication that I need to function every day and no one even has the decency to call me back. Ive got an appointment set up with a new PCP, but in the meantime Im about to go down to the office in person to ask someone to help me because I dont know what else to do. Update: they told me I need to come back for an appointment but they cannot schedule in advance. They’re now only taking day-of appointments so I have to call at 8am on a day I’m available and hope that they have appointments. I wasn’t notified about ANY of this. I understand that they’re understaffed and overworked but this is peoples’ health we’re talking about.
