1 /5 Faith Ruckdeschel: I recently got out of the hospital and saw Dr Charles a few days ago, I asked him for the supplies I need to change my leg wound bandages and I gave him the list, he typed it out and told me to send him a pic of the things I need. I thought I was getting a script, but the nurse came in and said 1 was sent to my pharmacy(they were out of stock)but he was waiting for the pic of the item I also needed so he can send it together. I hurried and sent it but Ive spent the last 3 days calling for SOMEONE to fill out the script so I can pick it up from somewhere, and they keep trying to get my supplies from Rite Aid instead of a medical supply store. One person sent a script to the hospital I was at but they cant do it, and she canceled my order at the pharmacy so, now I cant even get that! I called again, the man said nobody worked on a new script(someone lied and told me they were working on it earlier) and my Dr said he ordered my stuff.....WHERE IS IT, because they wont even tell me that??? The last person I talked to said they should know what can be filled at a MSS or at a pharmacy? I was given just enough supplies until I saw my Dr, and all Ive gotten is incompetent care!
Edit: Its July 9th and I came here on the 2nd, they STILL have yet to fax over my wound care script to the medical supply company I gave them. Someone told my daughter that I had a script to pick up at this location yesterday, but I go inside and there was nothing except for 2 secretaries and my doctor looking me in my face and telling me that he would take care of it. Im always respectful but they were looking at me as if I was wrong for trying desperately to get the supplies I REALLY need to continue on with my care? My bandages are supposed to be changed twice a day, but Ive had to cut down to every 2-3 days just to stretch the very few things I had left! Ive looked on MyChart under Medications, and my doctor did Ok them.....but he has yet to fax the script to the place I told them to send it to, and that 4 secretaries have verified where the script should go to? If my wounds(that are starting to turn a greenish hue)get infected, they will be dealing with an attorney and not myself! PLEASE DONT COME HERE, BECAUSE THE PATIENTS ARE NOT LYING ABOUT THE "CARE" THEYVE RECEIVED HERE???

Update: I still havent heard anything back from Dr Charles about my wound care supplies script, but its all good in the Hood, because I went to my Wound Care doctor (Tom Chilelli)on the 9th and not only is he an awesome doctor/person, his staff are lovely, and they made sure that I went home with enough supplies to last me, until I received my huge box of the supplies I need for my WC. It only took a week(if u subtract non business days) and that is because of my insurance wanting a signature before paying for the ordered items. Byram, is a wonderful place because as soon as they get their payment my things were sent to my address overnight, and they got here this morning. Its mind boggling to me, how a doctor(thats not even my primary doctor) I only saw once so far, made sure that I was taken care of completely, but my own primary doctor still has yet to respond to me?
Also, I just got a survey in the mail about my last recent appt and Ive also written a letter to the gentleman(Richard "Chip" Davis, PhD, EdM)who is the Chief Executive Officer for RRH, and explained about the 1.9 star review, so if he hasnt seen all the other patients complaints hopefully he will take a peek soon? IMO, if ur any kind of Healthcare provider u truly have no business working in that field, if ur patients comfort and all-round care is 2nd to u only caring about a paycheck? Ijs
