1 /5 David Streever: The doctors seem fine, but the office staff is prone to errors and does not deliver appropriate documentation to schools. After having issues with a daycare, pre-k, and primary school, I called to complain and was told by a nurse who acknowledged that they had failed to update the state portal, but claimed it was the schools fault. I can not trust a medical practice that points fingers and blames others for clear patterns of mistakes, and I would not bring a child to this practice.
They also can not manage any sort of email communication or faxes and only work by phone, which usually involves 30-45 minutes of hold time and then someone has to call you back anyway, which makes you wonder why they cant just call you back from a submitted message/email.
I really would encourage anyone looking for a pediatrician to ask yourself if you want to deal with the school sending your child home in their first week because your doctor cant get the vaccination paperwork done - can you just leave work and sort it? How do you explain the problem to your child? Is this what you want to be doing with your time?
