Jims Service Center - Ballston Spa (NY)

2 /5 M Redman: Brought my 2022 dealer maintained car is for a routine rotation, oil change, and inspection. Car was given back to me with the wheels in the same exact position(one is marked) and short almost a full gallon of coolant. Overheated on first drive over 20min ( 1 week prior I drive 3 hours in heat no issues)

2 /5 Allen Wine: Had to get 4 tires mounted and balanced. Charged twice the amount anywhere else. Front end customer service employees were great. Extremely polite and helpful in fitting me in. However when I asked a question on why the price was so much the owner was down right rude and obnoxious. Making the comment "well Im not Mavis." Obviously thats why Mavis is busy and cant fit me in and you have time. They know how to treat and appreciate their customers unlike yourself. Thanks for the help but there will not be any repeat service from me.

5 /5 craig trietiak: I just had my 2015 truck serviced by Jims Service. I personally went under my truck to see where the oil was leaking. I couldnt find where but noticed a lot of oil all over the place. I was expecting a large repair and it just ended up being a faulty oil filter. Definitely will use them again for all of my repairs. Thank you!
