5 /5 Sunshine GP: I recently discovered this dental clinic and honestly, it’s been a great experience every time. The staff are super friendly and accommodating — they always make me feel welcome. One thing I really appreciate is how easy it is to book an appointment, even at the last minute! So far, no unnecessary x-rays or upselling, and no hidden costs. Everything is explained clearly, and they give you options before starting any procedure, which I really appreciate. Dr. Khafi is very nice and professional. He always makes sure I’m comfortable during the procedure and takes the time to explain what’s going on. Definitely makes going to the dentist a lot less stressful.

Seen rhe receptionist with a geeat smile, the hygiene very professional, and inform process, the doctor very concern always wanted to know if I have questions, its like I step into the promise land of God where everyone is kind and loving. Please guys do not change you are the best keep giving your best even to the impossible patients, it makes you a better professional and a better person. 4 /5 Elizabeth: The office is not only clean and immaculate but also a welcoming space where friendliness and professionalism shine through. All staff members are in uniform, creating a cohesive work environment. They are also dedicated to providing excellent services. Dr. Islam was very kind, patient, and informative, and even had a massage chair. My hygienist was equally good followed up with me the day after my deep cleaning. Im rating it four stars because I did not anticipate the $1,200 cost for the antibiotics needed. However, since I hadnt been consistently flossing much in the past and hadnt had a cleaning in over 6 months, this was par for the cause.

4 /5 Akash Chauhan: I recently visited Group Health dental for the first time, and overall, it was a convenient experience. Located just a 2-minute walk from the New York Times Building, it fit perfectly into my schedule. The clinic impressed me with their efficiency, having processed my forms online before my visit, so they were ready to see me as soon as I arrived. The appointment started with X-rays, followed by a consultation with the dentist, who was thorough and professional. Based on the tests, they suggested a few treatments. However, I felt the recommendations were a bit overwhelming, which I realized stemmed more from the management and finance/billing department than the medical staff. They reviewed my insurance and suggested treatments that seemed unnecessary, given my healthy gums and absence of cavities. It felt as if they were pushing for additional procedures, which I opted not to pursue during that visit. That said, the dental cleaning itself was exceptional—one of the best I’ve had. The dentist’s attention to detail and care far surpassed my previous experiences elsewhere. I will definitely return for my regular clean-ups. Overall, I would rate my experience 4 stars. The excellent dental care deserves full marks, but I’m deducting one star due to the slightly overwhelming experience with the finance/insurance department, where I felt pressured by the suggested treatments that weren’t essential for my current dental health. This review reflects your positive experience with the dental care while addressing the concerns with the billing process in a balanced manner.
