5 /5 Danielle Ferro: Dr Dean and his team are the best in the business. It’s truly a pleasure to be in the office from the moment of arrival. The front desk staff is so friendly and courteous and the waiting room is serene and tranquil. It’s very comforting to be in such a calm and peaceful enviorment. Everything is so clean and well organized and you can tell the entire staff loves their job and are happy to work there. All the doctors and hygienists do amazing work and are skilled at all the cutting edge procedures. I would highly recommend this office for all your dental needs.

After a disappointing and alarming experience with a dentist in New Jersey, where I was being set up for unnecessary procedures that could have eventually led to an implant, I decided to seek a second opinion. Dr. Dean came highly recommended, and now I understand why. From the moment I walked into his office, I was welcomed with warmth and professionalism by both Dr. Dean and his incredible staff. He took the time to thoroughly evaluate my situation, explained everything in detail, and assured me that I did not need an implant. Smiles on the Upper Westside - NY 10025 SNAB HOUSE: Smiles on The Upper West Side is amazing, we visited Dr Massiahs office to have gems put on the correct way by a licensed dentist. Everyone from Jessica who makes the appt and the rest of the staff are very professional and understanding of your needs. If an issue does arise they communicate with you and its handled asap. I definitely would recommend this office to anyone looking for a comfortable atmosphere where they care about you. Thank you all so much!!

I used to go down in the West Village and it was just fine, when I moved to the UWS I was considering going elsewhere. I figured I’d give this UWS location a try first. There were a few things that stood out most to me; the kindness between employees and the way they worked together as a respectful team and the way I was treated as a client. Cascada Dental Spa - NY 10033 Josie P.: I love this place their very professional, friendly and polite. They always will see you at your scheduled appointment. You dont have to wait to be seen. I love my dentist Dr. Scott Levitz is the best and every other dentist that I have seen in passed when I had an emergency. I love that fact that you get to build a relationship with your dentist and they dont pressure you in getting things done that you dont need. The premise is very clean and modern. I love that they have a small refrigerator full complimentary bottles of water. The restrooms are very clean and also are dentist area. I appreciate that they have a variety of staff like hygienists, medical assistants, receptionists, oral surgeons, dentist and a financial person. Theyve tried very hard to work with you as much as they can and they also help you make financial arrangements if youre not able to pay in full. Theyre open 7 days of the week and their willingness to schedule you in right away especially if youre having an emergency. I highly recommend this place with my eyes closed. You wont regret it!
