East Hill Family & Pediatric Medicine (Formerly Summit Pediatrics) - Auburn edward van tassell: By far the worst office in town they never call you back, we called to set a appointment for our son with some slight concerns and without as much as a phone call the doctor took it upon himself to take him out of all activities at school and I now have to try to keep him from crying over it. The voice mailbox for the office says they are open until 6 on Thursday but they will not answer after 430pm. I am going to get my children into a different doctor and try to get them to undo the harm this office has done in time for my son to play with his team. Also for the record I have contacted 6 different offices including hospitals that all state he had no right to do this without seeing him or even setting a appointment first....
Finger Lakes Medical Urgent Care Center - Auburn Robert Murphy: I’ve come to learn that the only care this “urgent care” has is how fast they can boot people out to an emergency room. Whether it’s sole laziness or lack of ambition to treat someone’s issues, this has to be a top 5 worst urgent cares to go to. You’re better off just going to an ER before even stepping foot here.
Not to mention the doctor is rude, nurses find humor in someone being nervous, and their tone only changes once they’ve pushed someone to the point of tears.
