1 /5 Frank Nuara: Great dentist, but beware if they don’t take your insurance, they won’t tell you until after you pay. They scheduled my appointment, took my insurance card, and didn’t tell me they did not accept my insurance until after I was seen by the dentist and they were asking for my payment. I know that falls on me to ask beforehand but I assumed when they took my insurance card, made a copy, and thanked me, that it was accepted. I was forced to pay an extra $320 out of pocket when it was all said and done. Sadly, they didn’t really seem to care when I voiced my concern about their process and my extra payment.
