5 /5 Mandy Albert: I will never take my car anywhere else. Diane and her staff are all extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and will listen to what you say about your car. They wont try to pressure you into extra repairs or adjustments unless you say you want them. Great location and eminently reasonable prices. Highly recommended!

1 /5 Briana Alfaro: I nearly lost my engine because of the poor diagnosis and advice received from Dianes. They missed diagnosing a misfire that led to my car breaking down in Skaneateles--despite my asking repeatedly if it was okay to drive it during the 3+ weeks I had to wait to bring it in for my appointment. Their diagnosis looked like a cut and paste of what the Midas technician had written down when I received an oil change a couple of weeks before--information I provided to Dianes. Im not sure they even looked at my car the entire day they had it for diagnosis. When I took my car back after it broke down, they couldnt find any record that Id been there, there was clear miscommunication between employees, and I was told by one of the employees that they didnt have time to discuss my car with me because it was Monday and they were busy. I would never take my car back to a place that misses major issues and that doesnt have time for their customers.
