The dentists are super gentle and make sure you’re comfortable and taken care of properly. Other dentists tend to be a little rough and make the experience physically uncomfortable. I’ve never had any issues with Brooklyn Smile! Very military friendly!

Likewise his daughter now is my primary dentist and she takes after her dad , in being a great skilled dental practitioner. I live in NJ and drive 70 miles round trip for my dental appointments for past 30 years. That’s how much I’m willing to do to ensure I still utilize Brooklyn Smile & Dr Herskovits (2) for my dental needs.

Dr. Tontat was so patient and made my daughter’s first visit to the dentist a positive one. I highly recommend this office and everyone working here.

Essie: The dentist is great my root canal didn’t hurt much however every single time I have gone - 4 times in 2 months- my wait is always . With no updates from staff unless you ask. While they are very polite, I only have one off day and constantly having to push around the rest of my appointments and errands because of lack of scheduling competency is not okay. There should not be more than one person being scheduled for the same time if there is only one dentist.

Ultimately did not end up receiving X-rays because of this and have to come back next week. To be clear, I don’t blame the team for this. Everyone was really nice and apologetic and I understand that tech issues happen, but it was quite frustrating after the 3rd room relocate. If equipment isn’t working I’d rather be rescheduled than wasting over an hour of my life and having to return again.
