Everyone from the receptionist to the X-ray technician to the Hygienist to the Dentist were so skilled and made me feel comfortable. I never went to a dental office who not only did a professional cleaning but also did a professional check up to screen for any signs of oral cancer. It takes me some time to trust doctors but wow only one visit and Wellspring has my full trust!!

1 /5 Sarah Stacke: The dentists here like to suggest unnecessary work, but the hygienists have always been good, so I kept going back. But at my last visit the hygienist was rough, clumsy, and unkind. The entire cleaning was highly unpleasant, and the experience solidified my decision to find a new dentist.

Bryan: I’ve been coming here for dental care for the past 4 years and it’s the best dental customer service I’ve ever had. The staff are really nice and genuine people. The dentists are super gentle and make sure you’re comfortable and taken care of properly. Other dentists tend to be a little rough and make the experience physically uncomfortable. I’ve never had any issues with Brooklyn Smile! Very military friendly!

However, that being said, from the moment you walk in, you’re treated with care. I have never had to wait, and the dentists (mine is Dr Fletcher but I’m told the others are as wonderful and talented. The hygienists are gentle, thorough and informative. I always feel confident that my experience will be a good one!

Essie: The dentist is great my root canal didn’t hurt much however every single time I have gone - 4 times in 2 months- my wait is always . With no updates from staff unless you ask. While they are very polite, I only have one off day and constantly having to push around the rest of my appointments and errands because of lack of scheduling competency is not okay. There should not be more than one person being scheduled for the same time if there is only one dentist.

Mary Louise DuBose: Went in for my first visit thinking it would be as seamless as the ads claim- it was the opposite. They moved me to three separate rooms because the xray machines were broken. Ultimately did not end up receiving X-rays because of this and have to come back next week. To be clear, I don’t blame the team for this. Everyone was really nice and apologetic and I understand that tech issues happen, but it was quite frustrating after the 3rd room relocate. If equipment isn’t working I’d rather be rescheduled than wasting over an hour of my life and having to return again.
