1 /5 Blu Mr: On several occasions I’ve had issues that I’ve gone here to get solved and they’ve not done so. I had stomach pains for years, a foot problem, etc. Every time I went in for help they did 1 test. When that test came back and was not the first thing they expected, they completely stopped looking into it. Your pain is not their problem. I’ve dealt with this for years and understand that they don’t care, so I tend to avoid going unless it’s major. The reason I’m leaving this review is because I was just denied healthcare from them because I received testing outside of their office. Because of that, they refuse to treat me for my current illness. I’m stuck without treatment because they refuse to do so and have to find myself another doctor to treat me.

5 /5 Nicole Heitzenrater: We love Lindsey!! She is amazing and has taken such great care of my newborn. She treats your childrens needs as if they were her own. She is kind and listens, we never feel rushed! We have also seen Dr. Beney he is thorough yet patient. I highly recommend this office.

2 /5 Sarah Marie: Sub-par experience thus far. They told me they would specifically inform me of my childs lab results after her father finally took her to get tested for a hereditary disease, as he has the portal access. Not only did they not tell me that it was done nor the results after a month, but when I finally called to ask about it, they told me they "never said theyd call me (I have proof they did) with results, & there was no note in the file to do so". Also, my ex husbands then-girlfriend accused me of HIPPA violation (before my child became their patient) & apparently opened or said they opened some kind of HIPPA law violation investigation with her friend who works there, despite me never having contacted anyone in that office about anything, ever, at that time. Waste of everyones time, completely unfounded(& easily disproven). They also allowed him to cancel an appointment same day, a couple hours beforehand, that I said I was attending with our child, & let him reschedule it for just a few days later, without any notification that it had been rescheduled, despite me asking them to let me know if it was rescheduled, as he has a history of doing that. Hopefully things get handled better in the future.

5 /5 Bob C.: We’ve been going to Dr. Beney’s for over a decade now (after being referred by a coworker) and even though we moved out of town, we still travel here. I am a big fan of Chad and the Chris’s (Beney and Chris P.). My kids and wife usually see their favorite female practitioner. New office is nice, kids like it. Now, since the office has grown considerably, yes…there has been a few bad moments. They won’t tolerate you wasting their time if you don’t follow up or you horse around with their appointments. It’s kinda cutthroat, but it also makes sense. They clearly have a ton of patients and if you’re one that doesn’t take your own health seriously, or their practice and appointments seriously, they don’t seem to want to bother. Go to your appointments, follow up they’ll treat you right. I was one of those patients they sent a letter that they were dropping me. We worked it out. I don’t take it for granted and give them the same respect. No issues.

1 /5 Shianne Brancato: Been going here for a long time with no problem...but today me and my son come in with the flu trying to get seen... they had us sit in a freezing cold room basically outside they now call the "sick" room it has no heat . We have been waitting 40 minutes and we are shivering!!!! This new system they have sucks !!!! Dont come if your sick apparently
