5 /5 Bob C.: We’ve been going to Dr. Beney’s for over a decade now (after being referred by a coworker) and even though we moved out of town, we still travel here. I am a big fan of Chad and the Chris’s (Beney and Chris P.). My kids and wife usually see their favorite female practitioner. New office is nice, kids like it.
Now, since the office has grown considerably, yes…there has been a few bad moments. They won’t tolerate you wasting their time if you don’t follow up or you horse around with their appointments. It’s kinda cutthroat, but it also makes sense. They clearly have a ton of patients and if you’re one that doesn’t take your own health seriously, or their practice and appointments seriously, they don’t seem to want to bother. Go to your appointments, follow up they’ll treat you right. I was one of those patients they sent a letter that they were dropping me. We worked it out. I don’t take it for granted and give them the same respect. No issues.
