I felt so comfortable every step of the way & educated on the procedure that was taking place. Even after having my teeth removed they made sure to get me in quickly to see how I was doing, check on me and show me how to properly care for my wounds. They were very patient with me as I had never had surgery and was very anxious. I’ve never felt so comfortable in a setting so scary but they made everything very easy. I highly recommend, they treat their patients with the utmost care and respect. Thank you guys.

5 /5 Catalin Julian Machidon: I have gone to Dr. Bonniwell for 2 surgeries so far. The first one was for removing my two molars. The process was so fast and smooth. He is truly the best. This is the first dentist that did the removal with no pain what’s so ever. I barely had to take any over the counter Tylenol. All the nurses and the stuff are very polite and truly amazing people. The second surgery I had was to remove all 4 wisdom teeth at once. I can’t believe how fast and smooth he did this. I feel 0 pain. All my friends were telling me this is going to suck and hurt after but it does not at all. This proves how amazing this doctor and the staff are. I believe he is truly the best in this area. Thank you Dr. Bonniwell and thank you to the staff. Don’t hesitate to book with him. He will take very good care of you.

5 /5 Janet Petry: The first time I went to Dr. Bonniwell, it was for an emergency tooth extraction in the afternoon on Good Friday in 2017. I remember feeling so relieved the moment I walked into the office & was met by the most wonderful staff; so friendly, kind & personable. Since then, I have had several surgeries done by Dr. Bonniwell & would never go anywhere else for any kind of oral surgery, he is truly "top-notch!" My son has also had his wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Bonniwell, & my husband has been as well. Its always a pleasant experience, the cutest office, never any pain & I never mind going. I love them all, & I always tell them that!!

5 /5 Qian Weiss: I just had 4 wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Bonniwell yesterday. His staff and him are nice and would answer any question. Explain everything you need to know before the surgery. During the IV line process, I like the nurse keep talking to me and encouraging me. I like how he is care for all his patients and get the doctor note for my school as soon as possible.

Dominic Tribelli: Came here as a first-time patient today, and was left disappointed and frustrated. The front desk did not greet me when looking to check in and avoided eye-contact, and had the same experience with the check out desk. I also completed about 30 minutes worth of paperwork online the day before my appointment and was told to complete this lengthy paperwork again while waiting. While the nurse and Dr. B were kind and professional, after the procedure I was left waiting in the patient room for 35 minutes without being told or guided to check out and I eventually left. I also was told to go to other facilities for work I must get done that could oddly not be done here (one being an x-ray, which even urgent cares have these), especially within the two hour duration of time I spent here. For the two hours I did spend here, it feels like nothing was accomplished as my reasons for coming in were not addressed. Disappointing experience.

L G: If i could give 0 stars. I would. I wouldnt bring my cats here. The place is visibly filthy, the dentist looked in my mouth for a split second. I had a raging infection from a broken tooth. The ONLY good thing he did was prescribe antibiotics. Told me to go get several teeth extracted OUT OF COUNTY! Then told Me to schedule a cleaning. Yeah, right. You might take my insurance, sure, but I deserve better care. Everyone does. I will never go here again. Went for a second opinion at a different dental facility. My teeth..all of them...can be saved. I realize ifh is under staffed and overworked but that is sheer laziness. And very dismissive. Ive had similar experience at ifh dental in ellenville. Please, do yourself a huge favor. Dont bother coming here and try to find another dental office that is willing to take your insurance or do payment plans. Its a big joke here. They treat you like a number and NOT like a human being. But Im sure they dont care about my opinion. At the end of the day, they get paid anyway. I just hope I can spare at least one person the trouble that I went through.
