5 /5 Cynthia San Juan: I have not been to the dentist in a long while, so I was fortunate to have this dental office take me in on the same day I called. The Reception area is small but clean & tidy. The lovely assistant in the reception office was kind and patient to help me with obtaining my insurance from my provider.. She led me into the room where I was to see the dentist. Dr. Volotsemko was also nice. Polite and gentle in his demeanor. He explained what I had to do with my teeth, and I was not reluctant to move forward with his advice. Overall my experience was very positive!

5 /5 Nassima Ouaaz: Highly recommend for all services. So polite and nice and educated staff. My crown procedure, filling, and cleanings were smooth and painless!!! They have many payment options for plans. I feel so much better thanks to them and look forward to my next check up!

5 /5 Tatyana Sackett: Highly recommend! I have LOTS of anxiety about going to the dentist. Dr. Dmitriy Volotsenko, DDS and his assistant were amazing and extremely patient and professional. They made me feel comfortable and I believe the treatment plan is actionable and has my best interest in mind. Dr. Volotsenko explained everything to me in understandable terms. He took the time fully go over my dental health, and presented several options on how to resolve my problems. All this was done in a very professional and positive manner. I highly recommend Dr. Dmitriy Volotsenko, Friendly Dental Care, P.C.! Every visit is a positive experience thanks to their incredibly friendly and attentive staff. They truly go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, clearly explaining procedures and addressing any concerns you might have. I also was treated right on time on my appointments which is extremely convenient. The level of care I receive here is exceptional, from the moment you walk in the door until you leave - truly excellent service all around. Highly recommend!!

From the moment I stepped in greeted by their very sweet and helpful front desk staff , my dentist was very helpful, professional and very upfront with the procedures. Answered all my questions, discussed thoroughly all the issues that needed to be addressed and all possible options (not just the expensive ones) to meet all necessary procedures and treatment to bring back my smile. Also his assistant was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!

Alina Sage: Great experience at the Cobble Hill location! Staff was welcoming and efficient and I spent less than an hour in the office for a cleaning. My teeth feel great, I’m very satisfied with this location so far. Previously I visited the downtown Brooklyn location and was told I needed 5 cavity fillings - went to my family dentist and a second location only to tell me there are no concerns and no visible cavities in my x-rays or exams. Not sure what that was about and I’m glad I got 2 second opinions on this because that would have been a completely unnecessary and expensive procedure. In terms of the cleaning I had today- no complaints.
