    Cat Mama: I was a patient at this office for over 2 years. All was fine until I started experiencing heavy bleeding between periods without reason. I spoke to 2 different nurses who were incredibly rude and dismissive. The first nurse told me the bleeding "was annoying but fine" and scheduled me for an appointment 2 months away. After a month of bleeding nonstop the second nurse told me Id just have to wait for my appointment. My provider didnt do a comprehensive work-up to see what the issue could be but changed my birth control pill. Three months later, it will wasnt stopping on the new pill. Her explanation was that I was "hormonal" and changed my birth control pill an additional 3 times within one year.

    J R: The doctors are wonderful. The office is NOT. In my experience it is poorly run. I called and went to the office a few times to find that although they are open until 4:30, they locked the doors and went home early. In my opinion, open until 4:30 means you are open until 4:30.

Carla is hands down amazing, she is so kind I wish I made the switch sooner ! I read some of the reviews on here and I can’t imagine them be anything but lies! Saying they ignore u and don’t get back to you is crazy talk ! If you are a decent person/patient you are fine, the ones that are complaining are the disrespectful ignorant ones demanding and stomping their feet showing no respect and that’s why they get dropped from a medical office!
