They took me in on time, and gave me an exact pickup date! They were even done a bit earlier than expected! Im a stickler for when people work on my car, but they took the upmost care and respect for me and my Miata! They even included the old parts they replaced without me even asking. Great guys over at Goshen Automotive and I will be a repeat customer. Since moving to Goshen a few years ago from Rockland County, I’ve used three different mechanics, and this place has blown the others out of the water! They are honest, upfront, and reasonably priced. They did not try to upsell me anything and were very patient with explaining to me what was going on with my truck. I highly recommend them!

Angel Rivera: So I get there early Monday morning. I thought they opened at 8 am but its at 9 am . No problem, my mistake. I am there now for two hours waiting for this place to open. No one shows up. Theres no signs stating why they were closed . It was such a waist of my time . That day, I had so much to do . Ended up going to Mavis down the road . They were great. But by the time i got there, I had to wait 45 min before they started working on my car because of all the waisted time. You just lost a very loyal customer. Please do better communicating whether you will be open or not. Good luck with your business.

They close before their official business hours and a paying customer shouldnt have to even ask for them to stay open to their publicized hours so I can pick up my car - especially when the customer has to call to see if its ready. Im obviously annoyed BUT they did do what I came into do. If you want a place that requires a little more from you in terms of service but is reliable...then go for it. If not, go to more mainstream/retail place.

He was able to come out and replace it right away made sure it wasn’t overheating and all the air bubbles were out of the cooling system properly. Was super great that he was able to come out to me saving me money having to get it towed to a shop. Would recommend him to anyone.
