The staff is always polite and professional, I never have to wait long in the waiting room, and the care I get is probably the best I’ve ever had. I believe I’m in good hands and I trust the decisions made for my medications. I’d recommend this clinic to anyone, and I hope the people that work there all stay.

2 /5 Hannah Nakken: Very understaffed, and unprofessional. Front staff argue with you when you call about anything, I work in the medical field and know they are not doing what they should to empathies and communicate with their patents. I tried to get a 90 day supplied of my medications ill be moving states and wish to have overlap for getting a new primary and insurance in another state. My fiancés doc (who also works here) did it no problem for her. My doc is on maternity leave and as a result the one taking her patents said she refuses to make mine a 90 day supplied because "she doesnt know you" I have been on this medication for months now and it made it possible for me to work. I will now be out of a medication in one month after moving state that helps me be able to work.

1 /5 Irene: Friend was told multiple times since LAST week that he would get his prescription re-filled this week, only to be blown off and given the work-around. He finally went into the office today to get to the bottom of it all, only to be told his doctor was on vacation. This was never once mentioned prior, nor was there any indication of an issue despite calling Thursday, Friday, yesterday, and today. If there was to be a delay, thats understandable, but no indication was given. Absolutely unacceptable behavior when dealing with peoples medications :(

GL: I have been going to this office for 15 years. The staff have always been great . I am very concerned about the new policy of 18 months instead of the standard 12 months for yearly skin cancer exams. 18 months might be fine for a person that has never had skin cancer. But someone like me should be able to continue with the recommended 12 months check ups.

Anonymous ??: Would give zero if possible, I came to the ER with my grandfather due to heart problems and falling and have been waiting for 2 hours so far. I understand that other people are here for help as well but we came when there was 1 person waiting to be picked up and 2 needed to be seen. People have been discharged and people who just got here have been brought in, staff is rude and seems they have no clue what is going on. Would not recommend bringing a loved one here especially if you’re not ready to buy a coffin.

Janice: I recently had a procedure in the ambulatory surgery department. Dr. Gavin Davison was the surgeon and was wonderful. I have nothing but praise for the whole staff in this department. From the minute I arrived until the time I was discharged everyone treated me royally and with respect. I was extremely nervous and they were unbelievable. Their care and consideration was above board. I would highly recommend this staff. It was the best experience I have ever had in a hospital. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and professional attitude.

Malcolm Crane: My lung collapsed, and I booked it to the emergency room. I was hesitant because of the 2.1 star review, but they have earned all five stars from me. Nurse Leslie: Explained procedures clearly, ensured my pain was minimal, kept my spirit high, and was polite and kind the whole night. Very funny, very sweet, and most importantly, she was calm when I was nervous. 5 star nurse!! Dr. Page: He was very quick to get me into the emergency room after seeing my x-rays. He was having a very busy night and was still kind and patient with me. I thank him and the big man who was with him for fixing my collapsed lung! Once I got upstairs into the hospital room, nurse Ann was taking care of me. She was also very good at keeping my spirits high and keeping my pain low. I want to thank her as well. Dr. Michael Petrosino was also amazing. He prescribed some medication for me and made sure I felt good enough to leave. Hes a very professional and caring doctor. Thank you. Everyone who helped me at this hospital genuinely cared about me and my issues. Ive never had such amazing care at a hospital ever before in my life. Thank you so much to everyone who helped me!

She is very knowledgeable and very throw, she doesnt rush her appointments and I feel well educated about my condition when I leave her office. Iam a very complexed case with many health issues and a heart transplant patient and she is very knowledgeable about my conditions and will go the extra mile of calling my transplant team if needed, she is also incontacted with my kidney Dr and my hemotologist/ oncologist so I feel very comfortable with her recommended treatments and she always includes me in my plan of care. I hope so never decides to leave the practice because shell be a very tough one to replace.
