3 /5 GL: I have been going to this office for 15 years. The staff have always been great . I am very concerned about the new policy of 18 months instead of the standard 12 months for yearly skin cancer exams. 18 months might be fine for a person that has never had skin cancer. But someone like me should be able to continue with the recommended 12 months check ups.

5 /5 Colleen Babicek: Dr Oranu was great! She was professional, kind, and put me at ease. This was my 1st appointment. The rest of the staff were friendly and efficient also. I had to wait for several months to get in and my next appointment is in 16 months, instead of a year, due to a new schedulig protocol that the staff is to follow. This aside, it was well worth the wait and since I dont have any problems the 16 months is not an issue. Thank you to Dr Oranu and all of the staff.

Janice: I recently had a procedure in the ambulatory surgery department. Dr. Gavin Davison was the surgeon and was wonderful. I have nothing but praise for the whole staff in this department. From the minute I arrived until the time I was discharged everyone treated me royally and with respect. I was extremely nervous and they were unbelievable. Their care and consideration was above board. I would highly recommend this staff. It was the best experience I have ever had in a hospital. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and professional attitude.

Malcolm Crane: My lung collapsed, and I booked it to the emergency room. I was hesitant because of the 2.1 star review, but they have earned all five stars from me. Nurse Leslie: Explained procedures clearly, ensured my pain was minimal, kept my spirit high, and was polite and kind the whole night. Very funny, very sweet, and most importantly, she was calm when I was nervous. 5 star nurse!! Dr. Page: He was very quick to get me into the emergency room after seeing my x-rays. He was having a very busy night and was still kind and patient with me. I thank him and the big man who was with him for fixing my collapsed lung! Once I got upstairs into the hospital room, nurse Ann was taking care of me. She was also very good at keeping my spirits high and keeping my pain low. I want to thank her as well. Dr. Michael Petrosino was also amazing. He prescribed some medication for me and made sure I felt good enough to leave. Hes a very professional and caring doctor. Thank you. Everyone who helped me at this hospital genuinely cared about me and my issues. Ive never had such amazing care at a hospital ever before in my life. Thank you so much to everyone who helped me!

wienkoop sandy (Scoop63): She is the best PC Dr Ive had since Ive moved to Port Byron NY. She is very knowledgeable and very throw, she doesnt rush her appointments and I feel well educated about my condition when I leave her office. Iam a very complexed case with many health issues and a heart transplant patient and she is very knowledgeable about my conditions and will go the extra mile of calling my transplant team if needed, she is also incontacted with my kidney Dr and my hemotologist/ oncologist so I feel very comfortable with her recommended treatments and she always includes me in my plan of care. I hope so never decides to leave the practice because shell be a very tough one to replace.

I have been through countless doctors so I concider myself well educated when it comes to modern medicine. Dr Schnapp is one of the most professional physicians I have met to date. While his manner is sometimes terse he takes his job very seriously, I am not saying that he is unapproachable what I am saying is that he wants to provide the best care for his patients that he possibly can, so no nonsense. I cant think of anyone else I would want in my corner when faced with a serious medical condition. I speak from experience having been told I had stage four cancer. He kept it real, answered all of the many questions I had and I left his office with confidence that I was in the right place.

I was treated so friendly and I was able to utilize the new lab next door for the first time. The gentleman that drew my blood was a legend. Got it on the first poke and made me feel so comfortable. Marissa Hall: It was an extremely long wait to get a room but this is by far the best experience I’ve had with Auburn hospital. I was very pleased. All of the nurses and my provider were amazing, they looked at everything to figure out what was causing the pain. They did a great job at their jobs last night. In the past I would have gotten discharged for lower abdominal pain within 3 or 4 hours but they kept me there for 7 hours to make sure everything was okay. They informed me what was going on and what to do next. Thank you Auburn for making it the best experience with you guys to where I was in good hands last night!

Anne Malvaso: Dr. Wasileski always takes extra medical steps to make sure she addresses all my medical issues. I am so grateful to her because she saved me from a heart attack. I had no pain and never had any heart issues but again, Dr. Wasileski went a bit further and from the tests she took, she immediately referred me to a Cardiologist which then resulted in open heart surgery. I have a chronic disease and I always feel so much stronger and better after my visits with her. Such an outstanding Staff and Office workers. I am so grateful Dr. Wasileski is here for our community.

N M: Patients were lined up around the wall and it was packed in the ER waiting room. However, that had no effect on the excellent care provided by the nursing staff in the ER. Lily is superb at her job. Mo is amazing. The charge nurse too, though I cant remember her name. I expressed my concern about the delay in seeing my loved one, but she gently explained the difference between patients waiting on one side versus those on another. Under such circumstances, a little understanding and thoughtful explanation go a long way. I am amazed at the work these folks have to do, Day In/Day Out. Most amazing is that they do it with a smile, patience, care, and the utmost competence.
