1 /5 Destiny Hernandez: Calvin does good work not the best but it is passable. However , he runs his business like a hustle. There is no order, nor structure, when going here be prepared to sit for two or more hours. He is the only person in the store that does nails anywhere near acceptable so that creates issues as he refuses to take standing appointments and does not honor the appointments he makes. He is disorganized and so that takes always from the overall experience. Going to do your nails should be a pleasant experience as it is a form of pampering ones self and relaxation. Instead when you come to Happy Nails you are immediately stressed out because of the subpar service , the lack of professionalism and the inability to respect the customers time. Calvin is also dismissive, disrespectful and unprofessional when customers bring these concerns to him. This business is not customer centered. He prioritizes walk-ins above appointments . He has an appointment book that he forgets to write down appointments in. This is by far the worse nail experiences I have ever had . I refuse to return here. Don’t waste your time. He also is selective with his pricing and charges different customers different prices .
