1 /5 Katie Rawdon: DO NOT COME HERE! The office manager Delica Jones should be fired for her attitude alone, and she should not be in a managerial position. It’s a shame. I’ve been coming here for about 10 years and the providers are all wonderful. Ellen Brunetti FNP is fabulous among the other doctors. But the office staff has led me to leave. and just note, if you have not been seen in the practice for the past 6 months they won’t even fill out a simple immunization form for you!!! Delica told me it couldn’t be done “its policy”, unless I had a follow up appointment. I asked, follow up from what??? I’ve been good, haven’t been sick! That’s a good thing. It means Im healthy! That’s the goal of a primary care is prevention of illness, not get in the office just so we can make money off of an office visit. I’m even up to date on my physical and you can’t fill out a simple form for school because of this silly policy?! Terrible, terrible, terrible. My new PCP filled out the form for me standing right at the front desk when I went there this morning. Customer service will make or break your practice - and this practice is going in the gutter based on the latest reviews.

1 /5 Rivka Sara Noy-Pedoeem: To give this practice one star is even more than it deserves. As someone who works in the medical field I was turned away before I even saw the provider. I waited 40 minutes in the room until I saw the midwife who in my opinion completely ignored all of my concerns and racially profiled me while having a snarky comment to say about my religion. Not only was the patient door open for part of the visit, but when I shared about a unique pain I am experiencing it was brushed and ignored. Besides for all of this the nurse that came to take my blood didn’t use gloves for half the time while prepping to take my blood and then only used one glove without sterilizing their hands after touching all of the cabinets. So to say least. Stay far away.

Dr Fitzpatrick takes days to get back to you, the office hasnt answered their phone in years, they go through answering services like yearly checkups and the admin there are always promising things they cannot commit too. Poorly ran practice. Ill also add 3 different pharmacies said to switch doctors.

1 /5 Yehuda davis: This place has consistently showed no effort to take care of its patients. I received blood work and other testing for an urgent issue, upon which I was told that I’d hear results of within a day, max 2 days. It has now been 9 days, the results have been back for a week and yet no one will look them over, despite my calling several times a day requesting them to. I’ll never use them again.

5 /5 Rosaleen Cody: We have gone to doctor Fitzpatrick for years. He is very caring and tries to get to the problem right away. His office staff we feel deserve a very low score. We have called twice recently with a question and the calling service said they will let his nurse know. Both times we never received a call back. The practice has nurse practitioners but I do not see any nurse listed but no nurse is listed has nurse practitioners

Jaclyn Porpiglia: I called to make an appointment for a health concern. While on the phone I was told that because it had been over three years since I was last at the office, I was considered a new patient. And “unfortunately” office protocol was not to schedule new patients for several months out. I clarified with the reception that even though I have a lump that I am afraid might be cancerous, no one will see me because I’m considered “new.” She confirmed this is true. Incredibly disappointed with the lack of care and discretion used.

We said that we needed to see a specific specialist; I went into the office & they said I needed to change my primary care doctor in order to be seen. This was not elaborated, discussed or anything of the sort; the woman there was rude. This place is a money grab & it doesn’t seem like they care too much about their patients, they care more about the dollar. Sad to see, but there are other doctors with a more respectable & reputable staff within a 15 mile radius. Stay very far away.

Candy Tanico: Dr. Jacob is an exceptional physician. Her staff is friendly and helpful. She takes time with you and never rushes you. I have been going to her for many years. Most recently I saw her for a constant pain in my back. She examined me and really listened to me. She sent me for tests and because of her knowledge, compassion and really hearing me, my timely diagnosis was made. If you do have to wait, it’s because she spent much needed time with the patient before you. And if needed will do the same for you one day.

From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making the wait much more pleasant than expected. The doctor I saw was very professional, attentive, and took the time to listen to all of my concerns. They thoroughly explained my medical history and answered all of my questions in a clear and understandable way. I appreciated how they didnt rush through the appointment, allowing me to feel heard and valued. The hospitals facilities were top-notch, and the support staff, including nurses and technicians, were kind and competent. I left the appointment feeling confident in the care I received and with a clear understanding of the next steps in my treatment plan.

Toby Barg: Please avoid if you can. The front staff is polite. The nurse was professional and polite. The doctor spent less than a minute in the room after over an hour wait, was rude and extremely abrupt. Did not conduct an actual exam and then briskly said that we needed to go to the ER. Not the right call, but the issue was also that he didn’t take the time to make an informed call. He was very unprofessional. The scribe tech (?) on duty made us feel very uncomfortable. It was an odd and unsettling experience.

Kelly H: Dr. FItzpatrick is the best. He is very thorough and even consults with every patient in his office after he does the check up. I see some negative reviews here in staff. I have never had a issue with the staff....always friendly, have everything ready upon check out. He is part of a large medical group. They dont necessarily do the billing from that location, thats why they take info and forward to billing office. This is how most doctors office works in 2023. My dental office is the same type of set up. Unless you are going to a dr.s office from 1972 this is the way it is.
