5 /5 Mariena Silvestry Ramos: Switched dentists as Dr Billiot took over Dr Bonapartes practice. I LOVE going to the dentist and this is a great practice. Friendly assistants and hygienists. I love Beth. Dr Billiot is super friendly and explains everything in detail. Shes very careful and thorough. Its easy to get to from work and usually theres parking in the back. If not, there are usually a couple of spots out front (for a fee). Dr Billiot offers mini implants which are way less invasive and quicker to heal than traditional dental implants if needed.

I felt very comfortable and Dr Billiot did a remarkable job with the shot not hurting, and the procedure being smooth and effective. I may be switching dentists.

Once they brought him back to me they helped me nurse him and it was instant relief! It was a great experience and Id definitely recommend to anyone considering having it done!

Brittany Winans: Found Gorges Dental after shopping around for a new dentist after moving to the area a year ago. I have really bad dental anxiety and was looking for a place with good reviews and a sedation option for more involved dental work. I was having some tooth pain and Dr. Omar was able to get me in for a new patient visit and I we worked on a treatment plan. I got really lucky they had a cancellation right after my appointment and we were able to fill the cavity in the tooth that was giving me problems. Dr. Omar was fantastic and took the time to make sure I was comfortable throughout the whole procedure. I have more work scheduled with sedation but I am grateful I found a dental office that makes me feel comfortable and cared for while in their office. Highly recommend Gorges Dental!

Mike Elmo: I had a root canal and crown done by R. Singh … a few weeks later it started hurting and putting pressure in my sinus and pressure in my eye … I thought it would go away because of the trauma .. but it is still hurting. I called and told them of my pain… They didn’t care ! AND told me it would be 3-4 weeks to even look at his mistake. I finally got an appointment a few weeks later Then I called and told them that I had to go out of town at the scheduled time and asked if they could fit me in on a cancellation ? They never called! Unfortunately HE doesn’t do emergency fixes for his mistakes because HE only works 2 days a week . If you want an unskilled dentist who only works 2 days a week and won’t fix his HUMAN mistakes ( we all make them ) but some of us ethical people do fix our mistakes because we aren’t in it just for the money…

Michele: The Ithaca office is just rude. I sat for 50 min in an exam room waiting for the dentist. Someone came in after about 15 min but she just grabbed stuff off the counter and left without so much as a smile. 20 more min later I had to grab someone from the hallway to ask if the dentist will need to reschedule with me because my wait had become ridiculous. Im not an unreasonable person. I know doctors, dentists, get behind but AT LEAST COME IN AND SMILE AND SAY "HEY, WERE SORRY FOR THE WAIT, THANKS FOR BEING PATIENT." When the dentist came in and said hello, how are you, I told her I was unhappy for the 50 min delay with no idea what was going on. She said, "well my patient before you had a longer procedure than we thought it would be." Um, okay but tell me! Jesus, acknowledge my presence in this office waiting and waiting. When I got NJ I dont think Ill go back to this.
