1 /5 S. Martinez: The place lacks proper management, professionalism, and more importantly, CLEANLINESS. Its very shocking the high rating they have it must be because of the way they do designs (not sure). My pedicure was horrendous, lady told me to put my feet on the floor to dry. I felt very uncomfortable and agree that the business bureau should visit them. It has potential but needs ALOT!! of work my nails also chipped the day after but because of cleanliness I would never go back.

5 /5 Kara Gonzalez: Ivianela was my nail technician and absolutely the best!!! I am soooo happy my daughter and I came here! Nails were done better than I have ever had in 20 plus years! Worth the 25 minute drive!!! You can not get prices like these anywhere and quality work all in one!!!! :-))))

My daughter and I planned a last min mommy daughter day, they took us right away of course because they weren’t to busy at the hour! All the staff and I mean all the ladies were so nice and patient with my daughter (who is 6). My daughter told me the place was fabulous! Lol! I was introduced to a new product which I highly recommend I believe is called “Apex” The owner was there and very much present! She did content check ups to make sure we were happy with the current outcome. She was willing to accommodate anyway she could! I mean truly a wonderful experience. She explained all the products to me! My nails I promise you are perfect to me! I will for sure keep coming back! Thank you! But wait my pedicure which was the spa pedicure tuh ladies please get that I feel like I’m walking on clouds!

Feliciano Leonor: I came here because it was highly recommend by a long time customer but I will never again return. The Nail tech Hanna kept filing my nail even after I told her to stop because she hit skin. The polish job was sloppy so I requested someone else do it and she insisted she would fix it. I didn’t want to cause a scene so I let her but it was the worst mistake because it got worst and when she asked if I was happy with her work I in turn asked her if she was happy with her work and she admitted it wasn’t good and blamed me for making her do it over. I paid and left I was sooo mad. I called from my car to request a refund because I didn’t want to scare away others and the manager was even worst. Didn’t offer to fix it just said I should’ve picked a different color. Horrible service. Never again.

Cattleya A: I have mix feelings about this place. As a new customer I’m a bit confused. I booked online and was excited to get my nails done today. The nail tech I got wasnt the nail tech I booked. When I asked for a simple marble design she didnt do it. It was just one color. I asked about adding a butterfly she said it wasnt a part what I order but the person I talk to on the phone yesterday said it was okay. So I assume it wouldn’t been an issue if they added it as an addition. But no just a solid color. I really wanted to have nice nails for my birthday week. The place is different dynamic then what was shown on Instagram. As a new customer I was not 100% satisfied. Other places wouldve done the design that I wanted and just charged extra. Maybe because there rushing. Not only that handling money while doing my nails. I dont know It just wasnt the experience I like.

Kayla Is Awesome: I went here for the first time because I was bored and wanted to get my nails done. I am really happy with how my nails came out and I will be back. The nail tech I had was Lucy and she really took her time to make sure all my nails were even before painting them. The owner was friendly and welcoming and even gave me a freebie gift of cuticle oil since it was my first time going.

Sherri W: I really regret leaving this review because I wanted to be a regular customer, but unfortunately, I wont be. First, I do think John and Kim are good people. However, there seems to be a disconnect. I visited three times, and on two occasions, John did my nails. The first time, my thumb was a bit crooked, but I realized on my second visit when Kim did my nails it was corrected and my nail shape perfected. On my third visit, I saw John again, and more than once, I mentioned that a few nails were crooked. He was adamant they werent, but they clearly were. What was particularly disappointing was that by day three, my nails looked old and most werent shaped properly (see attached photo). I reached out via Instagram to express my dissatisfaction, and the response I received was, "Im sorry for not satisfying you." While this could have been sincere, I believe more could have been done, such as inviting me back to fix the nails. This is the kind of customer service Ive received from other nail technicians in the past, but unfortunately not here. By day seven, I had lost two nails. I was really upset about this—no one wants their nails falling off when theyre overseas and haven’t even had them on for long. There are too many nail salons out there for me to settle for poor customer service and to be told nothing is wrong when its clear that something is. Additionally, I dont know if Kim is aware of this...

If you are in Havestraw or just need a nice atmosphere to get your nails done. This is the place. Walk in accepted but it’s best to call and make an appointment to be sure that you will be attended to.
