There all Dominicans and as soon as I said Im Puerto Rican there attitudes changes started to cut my tips like I asked and then stopped after cutting off only 4 then burnt my hair lied to my face and then did it again and denied it s never again! Run

If you are in Havestraw or just need a nice atmosphere to get your nails done. This is the place. Walk in accepted but it’s best to call and make an appointment to be sure that you will be attended to.

Arta Volaj: I never recommend this place to nobody.. because the using chip and old manicure and after 3 days your gel manicure is gone and when you go there for complaining, they ignore the problem of you taking. Some of them workers there do not have an experience, they not speaking English and also, don’t have education. This happened to me for 5 days my gel manicure was done and the repair my nails one time for free after 2 days I had a same problem again with gel manicure and I went there again and when I talk to the guy in the front desk, he said we don’t like to have you anymore for costumer here with all attitude. Disgusting place.

Blanka F: This is a relatively new place. Beautifully decorated and big, so you dont feel crowded. It feels very clean and everyone is very kind. They greet you with warm smiles. Even as I sat at my nail ladys desk, the person next to me was practicing designs on a hand mannequin. I like the effort. Ask for Spring!! She takes her time, really cleans your nails and cuticles. She actually gives a nice foot rub on the pedicure and she doesnt rush you. She also is honest with you and tells you if the design will work on your nail length and etc. I like that shes realistic. She lets you try as many colors as you need, without attitude. She even has a display of nail designs she does on her table. I went there on a Friday around 1pm. It was relatively busy but since the place is big, you dont feel crowded. I got a pedicure. They have a nice massage chair with 4 options and chargers for phones. They offer you lemonade, soda and water. Chocolates and chips. Even fruit snacks. If your service is 70$, they even offer wine and cocktail. The bathroom is nice and clean. The tables have hooks to hang your bags. I got a fill in with design. Spring took her time and let me experiment with the shape. She always asks throughout the session if you like it. I also like that she doesnt keep up small talk, as I like to relax in silence. All in all, it took me about 2 1/2 hours. I dont mind the time as I like thorough work. With a regular pedicure and gel acrylic fill in, I paid $93. For what you get and quality of service, I think its worth it. Sure you can get cheaper somewhere else, but poor quality. They barely last. I loved my designs! I included all the photos of the designs Spring has done. They also last me 3 weeks. I just get it refilled because of the growth. Will def come again. Recommend you set an appointment as it can get busy. Especially when you want a specific nail artist. Again, ask for Spring!!!!

Chelsea: Horrible didn’t even last 3days before chipping! The lady was rude they talk about u In their language salon was full w everyone complaining about appointments but having to wait. They also rush you. The girl next to me had to tell the guy to file her old color off more bc he left it there n she was doin a light color for wedding he acted like he didn’t see what she was saying. Everyone in there was complaining Some lady had her child SCREAMING the entire time and no one said anything like take ur child outside or come back. It was just a nightmare experience n then my nails chipped POWDER DIP on day 3 of them being done $37 for dip and didn’t last 3days !
