1 /5 Hayley Stevens: I was eager and optimistic to find Julia via a friend’s referral to be our family medical provider. I called last week half a dozen times and the automated system said they were in the other line. I left two messages, sent an email, and called again today. While I gave them the benefit of the doubt, I started this feel concerned that about their lack of interest in new patients, accessibility, and responsiveness. Today I tried again and received a phone call back. Diane, the secretary, was so unwelcoming and curt with me when I kindly asked for reassurance that 6 business days of no return phone call and a continuously busy phone was not typical. The conversation was unnecessarily uncomfortable as Diane was rude, dismissive and condescending. They lost our business!
