1 /5 Kenneth Dennis: Make sure you don’t make late appointments on nice summer days. They’ll shoo you away with some nonsense, even though you’ve waited a month for an appointment. Not even willing to help or solve their own issues. Seems they’re more concerned with getting home to their boxes of wine. This is what happens when you dub people “heroes” for merely doing their jobs (which they’re paid handsomely for, by the way). Seems like all the baseless adulation has gone to their heads. Shameful.

1 /5 Ilona Yuzbashian: The worst place I have ever been to. I don’t have insurance and I paid for my immunization there. Few days later I received a bill for weird services I haven’t even done! Ridiculous! They didn’t tell me that they were going to bill me for something else. That’s not right. Well I decided to give them the second chance and went there to fill out the physical for my job. As a result, the paperwork wasn’t done in time and I nearly lost my job. The girl who was at front desk Maria closed the door in front of my face. So being pregnant I had to find another place to finish paperwork and I had only one evening for that. The most unprofessional and disrespectful approach to the patients.

1 /5 Aly: I’m giving it one star simply because of the Nurse Practitioner Indira. First of all, she makes you wait a half hour when she has no one else to see. If you’re sick you wanna be checked and given a prescription and go home. Second, She does a quick check up and refuses to do a throat culture or any kind of test when you have a sore throat. Thirdly, she refuses to even write a prescription. Try and get an appointment to see ANYONE else; if not you might as well stay home because seeing her is an absolute waste of time. It happens every time I get stuck with seeing her. Each time I hope it will be different but the definition of insanity...

The receptionist, who took 20 minutes to come out of the back while I waited there, told me there was no urgent care in the building and she was very rude and abrupt… It literally said walk-in clinic on the door and it’s definitely an urgent care center. I have no idea why they would lie, maybe they were busy or something, but I would not go here if you are seeking urgent care.

Tracy Hunter: The check in process was quick and efficient. The guard greeted us with a smile. The health care facility was well lit. The floors were clean. The signs that were posted out front requesting visitors not to feed the birds and animals was quite unique. I had never seen a facility make this respectful request. I think it is a great idea . My visit with my friend was quite pleasant.. I am praying that she get the best possible care and a speedy recovery. Thank you kindly.

Gaby AA: If it wasnt for Dr Fedele with the breast center, I would have ended up with a SECOND unnecessary surgery that NYU language in Manhattan was suggesting. She recommended a prone table and my biopsy took 20 mins tops. The techs were also great and the front desk was fantastic.

Katie Rawdon: DO NOT COME HERE! The office manager Delica Jones should be fired for her attitude alone, and she should not be in a managerial position. It’s a shame. I’ve been coming here for about 10 years and the providers are all wonderful. Ellen Brunetti FNP is fabulous among the other doctors. But the office staff has led me to leave. and just note, if you have not been seen in the practice for the past 6 months they won’t even fill out a simple immunization form for you!!! Delica told me it couldn’t be done “its policy”, unless I had a follow up appointment. I asked, follow up from what??? I’ve been good, haven’t been sick! That’s a good thing. It means Im healthy! That’s the goal of a primary care is prevention of illness, not get in the office just so we can make money off of an office visit. I’m even up to date on my physical and you can’t fill out a simple form for school because of this silly policy?! Terrible, terrible, terrible. My new PCP filled out the form for me standing right at the front desk when I went there this morning. Customer service will make or break your practice - and this practice is going in the gutter based on the latest reviews.

Risa Hoag: New City Chiropractic Center Recently I was experiencing some neck pain and was recommended to Dr. Michael Cocilovo from several friends. Since they recently moved, the office was brand new, clean and inviting and the staff was professional yet friendly. Dr. Mike as he is known, was working with several patients and each seem to be pleased with the treatments they were receiving. Since I had never been to a chiropractor before I was a bit nervous but Dr. Mike put my mind at ease immediately and did a thorough but gentle adjustment and was able to ease my neck pain as well as identify a problem I was having in my back. I will definitely return and highly recommend either Dr. MIke or Dr. Gil who is his associate. After hearing the experiences from several friends, I would say New City Chiropractic is the best chiropractor in Rockland County. My daughter is now on their NuLean weight loss system and has lost 20 pounds with their support! Great Rockland County Chiropractors.

J Porcelli: Rare to find doctors of this caliber that will see u on an emergency basis that day! Dr. Bryan is comforting, obviously brilliant, and thorough. The office is run by people that are focused and care about what’s going on. These days it seems office employees are to busy chatting with each other and not focusing on patients. Not here. This office is run efficient and employees pleasant.
