1 /5 Scott F.: I am a disabled retired Army Veteran, who has been diagnosed with Sleep Apnea. I was looking to have a FDA approved mouth guard made, as I gave up srtuggling with a CPAP machine. Dr. LaClair may be a very good dentist, but I have given this office an F for customer service! After repeatedly trying to get an appointment with them and providing all the necessary medical documentation and insurance information, I still was unable to get an appointment with this office. The office manager, Theresa, is incompetent at her job with things such as not being able to locate your paperwork, returning phone calls, verifying insurance information, or scheduling an appointment. I got so frustrated with the whole process that I have decided to go elsewhere. I may have some brain issues going on, but I am not stupid!
