Alexandra Bailey: Had an appointment set, even showed up early. Walked in to be told about the stylist having a dr appointment and she didnt call us to tell us. We waited a half hour past our appointment time and expected time for the stylist to come back. She didnt show up so we just left. Very unprofessional. Felt uncomfortable there anyway, not clean. Made an appointment somewhere else.
