Jamila Simon: Run like hell, I cant even rate this place because they are horrible. I was told I needed a filling and told the nurse and Doctor Kapur I was allergic to lidocaine. She claimed I didnt know what I was talking about because ofcourse I dont know my own body. Then I was prepped for a crown by Dr. Kapur, she didnt even ask me if she had my permission to do so, because I would have declined and gotten a second opinion. Now I have to find another dentist because she took matters into her own hands. I confronted her and she treated me just like you would of family, she walked away and began to text on her phone. What professional does that? What family centered practice is that disrespectful? Now onto the staff- the staff is more concerned with jumping from one patient to the next and gossiping that they hurry up to get the work done and dont treat clients like people. I was bleeding because the dentist shaved my tooth and gums down. The dental assistants only concern was quickly getting the tools cleaned and put away. So I had to prompt her to replace the water in my cup as I rinsed a half dozen times. It was only after the assistant shoved the mold in my mouth that I knew I had crown prep completed and I asked her to get the doctor, she asked why like an idiot. During the procedure she and Dr. Kapur gossiped about a staff member - just incredulous. I also want to point out that you should be suspicious about who is posting under Google user because the CT Family Dental team is less than competent. In fact they cant even figure out how to pronounce a simple last name OR even better ask the patient how to pronounce their name. Last what adds more fuel to my legal case is that the hygienist did mention that Dr. Kapur would make sure to give me a crown and someone else posted the same experience. Run like hell if you are reading this, they only got one star because that is the lowest rating they can get.

Erin Harner: Dr. Choi and the whole office has been absolutely wonderful through a tricky situation with one of my kids and two molars. They are kind, follow up if you have questions, and really care about their patients. Ive been to both the Corning and Ithaca offices and had great experiences with the staff at both places.

Dominic Tribelli: Came here as a first-time patient today, and was left disappointed and frustrated. The front desk did not greet me when looking to check in and avoided eye-contact, and had the same experience with the check out desk. I also completed about 30 minutes worth of paperwork online the day before my appointment and was told to complete this lengthy paperwork again while waiting. While the nurse and Dr. B were kind and professional, after the procedure I was left waiting in the patient room for 35 minutes without being told or guided to check out and I eventually left. I also was told to go to other facilities for work I must get done that could oddly not be done here (one being an x-ray, which even urgent cares have these), especially within the two hour duration of time I spent here. For the two hours I did spend here, it feels like nothing was accomplished as my reasons for coming in were not addressed. Disappointing experience.
Dental Care Center of Kingston - Kingston
L G: If i could give 0 stars. I would. I wouldnt bring my cats here. The place is visibly filthy, the dentist looked in my mouth for a split second. I had a raging infection from a broken tooth. The ONLY good thing he did was prescribe antibiotics. Told me to go get several teeth extracted OUT OF COUNTY! Then told Me to schedule a cleaning. Yeah, right. You might take my insurance, sure, but I deserve better care. Everyone does. I will never go here again. Went for a second opinion at a different dental facility. My teeth..all of them...can be saved. I realize ifh is under staffed and overworked but that is sheer laziness. And very dismissive. Ive had similar experience at ifh dental in ellenville. Please, do yourself a huge favor. Dont bother coming here and try to find another dental office that is willing to take your insurance or do payment plans. Its a big joke here. They treat you like a number and NOT like a human being. But Im sure they dont care about my opinion. At the end of the day, they get paid anyway. I just hope I can spare at least one person the trouble that I went through.

gina fox: Wasn’t thrilled to change dentists after 25 years but had to find someone within my network. Everyone I dealt with at Kingston Dental was stellar! From Krista at the front desk who solved my insurance glitch, Heather the tech and hygienist who showed the greatest of patience and was a terrific whiz with the X-ray machine, to Dr. Grossman Sr who had the best chair-side manner ever, to Sarah who checked me out and saved me some money. A very pleasant experience. Thanks team!
