5 /5 Brittany Burton: JOY at lux did a great job. This is not my normal nail salon but I was in town visiting a family member and needed dip powder redone badly as mine was over a month old. It was easy to make an appointment and I was told the price over the phone. JOY took her time and made the manicure not thick which I love and helped me pick a color. She was pleasant to talk with too. The establishment was clean and organized. There was a cool Queen Royal chair you can sit in for a pedicure. There is room for improvement to directly communicate add on prices. File into an almond shape was extra $5 and could have been communicated better before check out. I love my manicure Joy did great!
