2 /5 Allison W: Ended up being an ordeal; acrylic nails fell off after less than a week & *again* even after repairs in less than 4 weeks. The tech did a nice design on 2 of them, but not without very frustrating encounters. She would say “yes” to a question and then proceed to do something completely different, and ignore the details of what you were asking for repeatedly. For someone who is not very confrontational like myself, it was very awkward to continually to have to ask her to please do the shape that I wanted or not do something that I had already said I didn’t want. I’ve never written a bad review for a nail salon before, because I don’t think it’s an easy job! But this really was a waste of money, unfortunately. Maybe if you’re doing a simple mani/pedi it would be totally fine! Also, she insisted that they didn’t do gel extensions or tips, so I got a full set of acrylic, which is more $$$. When I had to go back to have them repaired, she didn’t even look at the broken one I tried to show her, and messed up the repair initially by using just tips, which is what I wanted in the first place! A bit of insult to injury on that one, haha.

5 /5 Tiana Rios: I had a great experience here , the employees were friendly, the price is affordable and the salon was very clean . Leon did a great job with my Gel French pedicure and was able to make time for a quick Gel French manicure which came out perfect . I will definitely be coming back ☺️

1 /5 Brandi Carter: I have never had such terrible service in my life! I walk in after a 12hr shift at work for a little pick me up. I walk in and get told to sit in this woman’s chair. I sit down and after 15 minutes of her taking off the gel from my nails she tells me to get up and go to the man in the back. I already had a bad encounter with this man messing up my nails so I wasn’t optimistic. The gel is all over my cuticles and skin. One of my nails has a chunk missing and two of my nails are crooked. I was going to get my eyebrows and feet done like I always do but after the horrible service I left without getting them done. I pay good money no less than $100 plus each visit and I bring my mom and niece with me and pay for them too get the works as well but NEVER again will they get my business.

2 /5 M S: I was going to leave a good review for this place because they only had bad reviews for a while and they did good work from the pictures outside of the customer service. I can see why people do not come here very often. I give two stars. My nail broke within 24 hours of having it done and they close so early that there’s no time to get it fixed. I tried to come in on a Saturday and they told me their appointments were so stacked they could not fix my one nail that broke within 24 hours because the person who originally did it was not there. Basically told me I can wait or deal with it even though I wouldn’t have to pay. What good is that if I gotta walk around with a broken nail right after they got done. I had to get my nail fixed somewhere else as I had events. The work is ok but that’s about it. They may have gotten four if they could’ve fixed my nail.

1 /5 Rachel Cooke: Last Friday I got a gel manicure. By yesterday (Thursday, so just shy of a week) 8 of my nails were chipping so they looked and felt terrible. I called to explain the situation, and asked what it would cost to have them re-done. She told me to come in. At first she didn’t seem to believe me until another woman working on a pedicure came over and confirmed she did my nails not even a week ago. They ask if I want to change colors. I say I can pick something else, if the color is the problem causing the chipping. They tell me that’s not an issue, and they will fix my nails for free. I sit down and this guy just files off the top shiny layer of my gel and puts one new coat on and tells me I’m done. I don’t think he took even 10 minutes. My nails looks goopy and terrible, and the chips aren’t even covered. First two pictures are from when I left the salon yesterday, third picture is not even 24 hours later.
