5 /5 Dominique Darby: I have been going here since they had open, only salon I truly trust if not a private stylist. While I have had many style my hair here, the owner has done mines 4-5 times in the span of several years. & she still remembers how my hair is, & how to do it just right for me, she has even given pointers to other stylists working on my hair in the past. The quality of what she does is immaculate & she speedy as hell. Never disappointed when she does my head :)

5 /5 Shelley L: They braided my hair and my teen daughters. My daughter has been using the french curl hair for about a year and is never satisfied with the end result. This time, she was quite pleased. They were very fast and the price was reasonable. My first time doing my hair in Poughkeepsie and I think Im sticking with them.

5 /5 tianna taylor: I really loved my experience here. The hairstylist took her time and made sure to catch every piece of hair. My hair was really short which made me scared that my hair wouldn’t be able to braid but nopeeeee everything was able to braid. Grip game was amazing.

1 /5 Caramel RedheadNurse: I went there twice and they pulled out my edges, and now I have to use an edge oil to grow my edges back. They’re growing back extremely well, but the point is, I didn’t come here for my edges to be snatched out of my head. I don’t like when you walk in there you don’t get the same person doing your braids, unless you specifically ask, if you specifically ask you to be assured, that whomever you want is working that day and not already booked! I will never return

1 /5 Norah Wanda: I went to this salon for Fulani braids. I clearly told the stylist I have thin hair at the top of my head, can you braid in a way to accommodate. She braided the hair so tight with a part down the middle, accentuating the thinnest part of my scalp. The owner watched this happen and said nothing because and I quote “you were already done” I leave in tears and call her to explain that I was unhappy and the owner told me she know the style wasn’t good and that she would redo the hair. I came back a few days later and she braided it in a more flattering way. A week later my hair broke from the roots, because of tension, the hair used, and an extreme lack of expertise. It is rare I write reviews like this, but this is just unacceptable. I went to a salon, in search of professional advice, hair is not my domain. And now I am bald at the top of my head. Just the most traumatic experience.
