1 /5 Natalie Nunez: I received absolutely terrible service from Dr. Pascual. I was initially 5 minutes late for my appointment and had to wait an additional 5 minutes at the front desk because the receptionist was alone and handling a long line. When I finally got to his floor, Dr. Pascual let out a loud sigh, rolled his eyes at me, and immediately started scolding me, saying, “You need to hurry up; you’re already late.” His tone was condescending, and his attitude was appalling.I am in my third trimester, feeling sick and exhausted, and his behavior made me feel ten times worse. He clearly lacks the patience, compassion, and professionalism required to care for patients. His rude and nasty demeanor is unacceptable, especially for someone in this profession. I sincerely hope I never have to deal with this doctor again.
