Cassidy Lynn: I got hit by an elevator door and brought to the hospital and all they did was sit me in a room and give me sleeping muscle relaxers. I told them my head hurt bad but they did no tests at all. Sent me home with sleep pills. A week later I can’t take the pain and go to my doctor back home and I had a severe concussion and they gave me sleep pills. My doctor was so shocked the hospital did nothing for me. And I got sent a bill of $4000 yeah no thanks hospital. First and only time I’ll ever be in a city hospital ever.

Jerrod Pace: I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Jordan and her team! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and such a positive atmosphere. I needed a last-minute appointment, and they were so accommodating, fitting me in quickly without hesitation. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Dr. Jordan herself was amazing—she listened to all my concerns and provided top-notch treatment that made me feel genuinely cared for. It’s rare to find a medical office that combines professionalism with such a welcoming vibe. Highly recommend!

Matthew Haley: I would give this NYU ER zero stars iF possible. Here is my story: My husband drove me here from NJ. I have a chronic heart condition and I’ve been sick recently, so I needed to be seen. I had many symptoms and I wanted to be seen by what they call “the best.” Well… I arrived at 9:40 pm. It was extremely crowded and chaotic. But, I was triaged as “urgent.” As I should have been. After more than 1 hour… no one came to check on me. Not even vitals nor an EKG (which is the first thing EVERY OTHER HOSPITAL does upon arrival..) They called people who arrived well after me for non urgent reasons. I even overheard their conversations being they were there for headaches, hurt arm, etc…) Not only this, the staff were all rude expect for one security guard. It’s like it was being run by high school teens playing around playing favorites with their friends and cherry picking who gets seen first. This hospital is a joke and I will be filing a formal complaint tomorrow. I left after more than 1 hour 30 without being called at all and went to a hospital near by. NEVER AGAIN.

Joey Ingro: This is the only dr office that actually understood my situation and prescribed the right medication. I absolutely love the woman nurse practitioner, she listened to my problems and did not judge one bit. I highly recommend this place.
Eastern Niagara Ob Gyn - Lockport
Ariana Rivera: I’m giving this place a 1 star, since 0 stars isn’t an option… Not only was my gynecologist “on vacation” when I gave birth to my son but she was also absent for many other births of people I know. There has been SEVERAL instances where I was left on hold for up to 10 minutes just to be hung up on as soon as someone gets to the phone. This place is a literal joke.

Dave M: My wife and I caved in and went to the new Lockport Memorial Hospital after 4 days of trying to tackle an illness on our own. I previously visited the hospital over the summer and was amazed at the facilities. The Planning Board or BOD couldn’t have picked a better location ! It’s like it’s in its own private nature sanctuary. Just beautiful. The facility itself is state-of-the-art and SPOTLESS !! On our visit we got right in to get checked over. Received immediate attention and care. Painless check-in process. Our RN was Holli and she was soooooo nice ! She provided professional care and went above and beyond as far as helping us. The best thing was she treated us like family. When you feel lousy, that’s huge ! Our PA was Anna and she was also very professional and kept us informed on what our treatment was going to be. Due to complications with my blood work, we were there a LONG time but Holli took care of us. We felt much better leaving than when we came in. I don’t want to go back but if I do it’s nice to know there are professionals like Holli and Anna working there. THANK YOU!!!
